Bought one item for my wife three days ago. It wasn't quite what she wanted, so I returned it unopened, undamaged, with the receipt. They would not refund my money, only offering store credit, citing "store policy". Store credit does me no good, as there is nothing there that I want. I left and threw the item in the trash, which is where their awful customer un-service belongs. Will never be back.
