I have purchased these glasses through amazon in the past, and I decided to go straight to the seller this time and eliminate the middle man. I worried it would be a more complicated purchasing experience, but it was even easier than amazon! Ordering was easy, and I got the glasses quickly -- and the store even followed up to make sure I received them!

3 colors advertised at $9.95, but only tortoise available at this price. False advertising.
There was even a photo and description of the pair I wanted listed at $9.95, but rings up at double the price. When I contacted customer service, I was lied to. They claimed that only the tortoise was available at that price and the optician had to cut the lenses for other colors. Flat out lies!

I like shopping with Speert. I have choices and within a budget I consider affordable

Iv had one for many years and my granddaughter broke it. Now I have a new one, love it! So glad to get a new one. Ill keep this one till she grows up. Ill pass it onto her.

Everything worked well. It was easy for me to find the sunglasses frames I was looking for to replace ones that I lost. And could no longer get from my eye doctor's office. They had given told me they were Ernest Hemmingway and gave me the model number. Speert had the best price among all of the websites I looked at. Super easy to easy to use their site.

Great product at a good price. The only problem I have is that when I order something that is showing it is in stock, after placing the order I receive notice it is not available. Very frustrating. Hope you can get your available inventory updated better.

The cancellation of the fold up readers disappointed me, but that's life. The mask-reader "set" turned out differently than the picture your web site led me to believe they would look. Also disappointing. The makeup readers are great, and the other set of readers are fine.

I couldnt remember my password from my previous purchases so I clicked for help. I never got a reply to my email.
I tried over and over to buy #346 but it never applied the 9.95 price. I'm a long tme customer and am sorry the website makes it so hard to repeat.

My recent order was a duplicate of a previous order. I really like the glasses but they do seem to be exceptional fragile and the arms do break more frequently than I think they should, no matter how careful I am with them... and believe me, I am exceptionally careful with my glasses.

Very efficient, arrived on time with no issues. I didn't have any issues.

The reading glasses were easy to order and were delivered quickly. I have difficulty finding the correct size for my small face and 4.50 lenses. I quickly found three pair that were perfect. For a small size they appear very sturdy.

The strength is either too strong or there is something wrong with lenses. I have ordered several pairs of glasses with Speert and have always been happy with them. I took these out of the box and they were the right strength number that I ordered and they look great, but it was only later that I realized that I could not read with them.

It is disappointing that the product does not include the nice cases that are typical for the Corrine McCormack brand. The Speert site is the only purchase of this brand where I did not receive the hard cover, branded cases with my purchase. It was disappointing to receive them packaged in off brand, low scale felt cases, especially when purchasing such a large quantity at such a high price point for readers. Otherwise, it was a great shopping experience.

The glasses in the picture on the website do not show any spring on the hinges between the body of the frame and the temples. I have ordered these glasses several times. Sometimes they come with no hinge spring. The models with no spring as shown in the picture are very poor quality and the hinges wear out very quickly. The models with the spring are really great, good quality glasses that I love and recommend to people frequently. Fortunately, the glasses I received this time were the good kind, so I am very pleased. You should change the picture on the website to show the correct glasses with the hinge spring that you are currently shipping. You should also make sure that you never ship glasses without the spring like the pair in the picture, as these are poor quality and will disappoint your customers.

To much lag time between purchase and shipping. Delivery was longer than expected.
