I was online ordering normal readers when I clicked 4.0 it showed that they had them. Nowhere in the listing did it show that I was ordering bifocal glasses on top of that if these are truly bifocals, the viewing area is so minuscule that you have to strain your eyes to be able to see-through them….very cheaply made plastic glasses and customer service was terrible. Wanting me to return them at a higher cost than just buying a new pair Due to the return shipping policy on both ends… sending them back and paying for shipping for the replacement pair.

Thank you for giving us an opportunity to clarify a few things! To confirm, the model order comes in 3 lens options. We also confirmed with you that the order you placed was for bifocals. Yes, we also went over our return policy which is listed on our website under the returns and on the packing slip. We also explained has this been our mistake we could remedy the situation at no additional cost. However, that was not the case. We apologize if that you are unsatisfied with this outcome. While we strive to assist our customers as much as possible, we do have set return and exchange policies in place to ensure fairness to all.

The process from beginning to end was very simple. It helped a lot that we already had the measurements needed. Our local eye place gave us the measurements to stay within when purchasing online and that helped a ton. We ordered two pairs of the same model but different colors. They arrived on time with no issues. My daughter loves her new glasses. We'll be ordering again. Thank you!
