The color of the product was nothing like it appeared on the website. When I communicated with a customer service representative, they were argumentative and rude. I will be returning the glasses, paying for shipping and a 15% restocking fee. I will never purchase from them again. This is a case of "you get what you pay for" and then you pay again to send it back.
I've ordered these glasses many time from Speert over the years. I have no idea the reasons why, but the buying experience this time was appallingly bad. Website inventory was inaccurate. I would have a conversation or email exchange with someone, confirm availability, only to receive a follow on communication saying the information was no longer accurate. But for my affection for Porsche readers, I would never buy from Speert again based on this experience
Much better clarity in these reading glasses than the $20 type lenses. These spectacles are large, so they are definitely for a man's face. Still, they are very light-weight. The navy blue color is dark, which I prefer.
Very easy to choose. Lots of styles to pick out. Very satisfied. I wish I knew about this site before I wasted my money on other inferior reading glasses from another company. They claimed to sell top rated reading glasses but unfortunately when I got them it was of low quality.
I ordered 3 plastic "glasses," They promptly came in the mail. A few days later. I have been using Speert reading glasses for years, and while they are fragile - they frequently get loose or come apart at the stems, I still like them,

Great web site, lots of choices in wiiiide readers. The actual glasses seem well made, the only issue is the nose pad missing from one pair making them an expensive unusable uncomfortable mistake. Trying to find a contact number to find out how to get this fixed.

The coupon code worked. The shipping was quick and the accuracy of the prescription was correct. The pros stop there. The problem was...I paid for the premium lens, with their blue light anti-glare coating, but what I received was barely anti-reflective. I can assure you they did add it, but it was very dull to the point that it was almost ineffective. When using the anti-reflective test against the monitor screen, you can't really see the reflection. I recently bought a pair from another online merchant, and it was not only cheaper, but the anti-glare was much better.
It's really unfortunate that I have to either browse page by page to view all the frames OR type in the search box if I already know which specific frame I want instead of filtering the criteria of shape, size, material, etc.

First time I ordered from them, had a horrible customer service experience. Then, being an idiot, ordered AND paid on March 24,2017. Today is April 25; still no glasses. EVEN WORSE, no one will respond to me and the phone rings off the hook.

This is the THIRD time i have had same experience. I was told order online you see what is in stock. WRONG.! You get a change of status. Out of half of readers. This time i called and asked if they were in stock, item by item and they said yes. I hit send and didn't get 4/11. Last time i just cancelled. Not worth the shipping to get a few. I know you are more concentrated on your Retail Store NOT us.
Started working with speert in 2012 with no problem till November 2017. I always order 2 pairs which I only use for computer work. One pair weakened, widened at joint until arm fell off and then I reordered 2 pairs in march of 2018 and here I am a little over 2 months later and the same thing happened to one pair. I have 2 computers and use a different pair at each. I never take them with me as I have a progressive pair that I wear full-time... which I have been wearing for over 6 years with no issues. I take very good care of everything I have but not much I can do with junk.
Speedy got my orders shipped and delivered really quickly and mostly happy with the two pairs of glasses I got. Sunglasses could be darker to protect better but do love the lightweight frames and bifocal lense.
The shopping experience was painless and the many products available to fit my needs was impressive. Delivery actually came earlier than originally estimated. The eye glasses look great and I very much appreciate the rugged case they came with.
Love the frames but the lenses do not match my prescription. After mailing back my glasses, I have contacted customer service twice with no response or resolve. I was told my lenses are not eligible for refund, nor do they have the man power to look into the issue. Disappointed!
I had originally ordered from Amazon. But once the item was sold out after my son had broken his first pair. I contacted the main company and they were able to help me find the right glasses.
I ordered sunglasses and Speert sent a confirmation email and then never contacted me again. I sent emails, and I left voice messages. I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That got their attention, but all they did was say I was lying about sending emails and leaving voice messages. Turns out there was a delay at the post office, which I would have known about if Speert had sent me a tracking number like their website says they will when the glasses shipped. I finally got the glasses and they were fine, but Speert is a rude company that treats customers like dirt. I will never buy anything from them again.

I have used the company before and the products were fine for the money. This time the product is lacking and I cannot use the readers. I will opt order from this company again. Do you insist on fifty characters in the review in order to discourage negative feedback? It is VERY annoying. Frankly, not worth my effort but, since you insist, I will comply. The product SUCKS!
