My experience with Speert was TERRIFIC! I was provided with an excellent product and received same in an exceptionally quick time frame. The package my readers came in was tightly secured so there could be no damage to the product. The Speert information inserted in the package was also of great help and much appreciated.

I have purchased glasses from Speert on three separate occasions. I usually order 5 pairs of glasses each time I place an order. My vision has been declining rapidly over the past 10 years, so my magnification needs have frequently increased. I am thrilled with Speert. I wear very strong reading glasses (+4.5 or +5.0 diopters depending on the level of ambient light in the room). I am able to buy excellent glasses at very reasonable prices at Speert. I can actually see print better with the reading glasses I bought at Speert than with the prescription glasses I had made locally. It may have had something to do with the fact that the prescription glasses were bifocals, but I find the quality of the lenses in the glasses I buy from Speert to be wonderful. I am a completely satisfied customer.

I placed 3-4 orders with this company and didn't have a problem until the last order. The lens kept coming out of the glasses. I emailed the company and they told me to fix them. If I couldn't fix them, I was to return them and they would fix them or replace them. This is great, but I had to pay postage to send the glasses back. When I requested they pay the postage, they repeated their first offer and completely ignored my request. I would advise not buying from this website since they do not back up their products until you pay the postage for the return. A really poor way to do business. Try another website with a better policy for returning defective items. I can't imagine anyone returning a defective product and having to pay postage to send it back. How do they justify this policy?

Spreet's website provides little or no information about their products (I was looking at combs and brushes). If you want any product descriptions or speifications you need to go to Amazon.com and look up Spreet products.

Quick, reasonable price. Plan to use glasses for needlepoint. Have ordered from your company before. Very satisfied.

I've searched several weeks for high power readers and Speert was the one that had power above 6 also a good selection in that power as well shipping was fast too I was so happy I order another pair of glasses a different style and the price is good as well

While I received notice of a refund for one of the pairs I ordered, it wasn't exactly clear why. I presume it was because it was out of stock. I would like to have been notified how that was going to impact the shipping timeline. I really needed a new pair and was about to purchase one at the local CVS when this arrived.

You sent wrong size and tell me I ordered the regular instead of the XL L. My invoice and the caption above you sent me actually shows I ordered the XL L. You are not a dependable company to order from.

Great Glasses, I previously purchased the glasses from another vender, and they quit handling them, I looked at alot of different web sites for these glasses and finally found from Speert.
They were more than double in price compared to other site that we were getting them from, but service and delivery were great, and they had the glasses I wanted.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO-CALLED "BUSINESS". They are a scam. The glasses that I received are a joke and their customer service is disgraceful. Total cheats. They should it be allowed to sell people prescription eyewear. I will not stop warning people about this company until I am FULL REFUNDED.
