I placed 3-4 orders with this company and didn't have a problem until the last order. The lens kept coming out of the glasses. I emailed the company and they told me to fix them. If I couldn't fix them, I was to return them and they would fix them or replace them. This is great, but I had to pay postage to send the glasses back. When I requested they pay the postage, they repeated their first offer and completely ignored my request. I would advise not buying from this website since they do not back up their products until you pay the postage for the return. A really poor way to do business. Try another website with a better policy for returning defective items. I can't imagine anyone returning a defective product and having to pay postage to send it back. How do they justify this policy?
Glasses are WAY too big for me and my boyfriend! Got lighted readers and they are dead after two nights! JUNK! And their return policy is where it isn't worth the bother!

I will be returning the glasses, paying for shipping and a 15% restocking fee. I will never purchase from them again.
