DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO-CALLED "BUSINESS". They are a scam. The glasses that I received are a joke and their customer service is disgraceful. Total cheats. They should it be allowed to sell people prescription eyewear. I will not stop warning people about this company until I am FULL REFUNDED.
I ordered and PAID for glasses from this company on May 5 2018. I have never received the glasses. It is now June 16th. Initially they delivery company THEY CHOOSE. I PLAN TO HIRE ATTORNEY AS ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY OR THE GLASSES ANYMORE. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE OPERATING. They never had any intensional of delivering the glasses. They probably don't even have them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO MAKE A DONATION! You will receive nothing and NO RESPONSE.
Started working with speert in 2012 with no problem till November 2017. I always order 2 pairs which I only use for computer work. One pair weakened, widened at joint until arm fell off and then I reordered 2 pairs in march of 2018 and here I am a little over 2 months later and the same thing happened to one pair. I have 2 computers and use a different pair at each. I never take them with me as I have a progressive pair that I wear full-time... which I have been wearing for over 6 years with no issues. I take very good care of everything I have but not much I can do with junk.
First time I ordered from them, had a horrible customer service experience. Then, being an idiot, ordered AND paid on March 24,2017. Today is April 25; still no glasses. EVEN WORSE, no one will respond to me and the phone rings off the hook.
Not sure if Speert is still in business; shouldn't be. Buy glasses/cases/etc. From someone else!

OK, I sent the email below over the weekend. NOW guess what, the other nose guard fell off, you sent, via Calabria 3 screws and 3 nose guards, but again GUESS WHAT, the other two nose guards are a lot larger and do not have the holes for screws in the same spot and will not fit the glasses you sold me.
I was able to get a neighbor to fix the first one, today took the glasses over to have him fix the other and he laughed because he knows the story, saying "these are not for your glasses, only the one we put on earlier."
Now I am pissed, you guys have ripped me off and I don't like being ripped off. You did not have the courtesy to reply to my earlier email, now you'll be sorry~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I am not too happy with Speert. You might look at your records to find that i purchased a "not to inexpensive} pair of readers. The day after i received them, the nose guard came off. When i went online to check how to get if taken care of, your online person did a chat with me, nice lady. Long story, but she said a new pair would be put in the mail asap. OK
Then, i get an email from some dude at Speert that said he was sending screws and nose guards and I should fix it myself, i thought that was bull----, however~~~~, nothing has been done, nada, -0-, not a darn thing. Have not rec'd a replacement, have not rec'd the parts to put YOUR readers back in shape, NOTHING.
I am not your best customer, but i have purchased a few items from your site. Even though I am not your best customer, i am minutes away from being one of your worst. Paying what I paid for simple readers and then to be treated like this encourages me to respond to every Yelp, review, www scam. Com, etc etc until your boss will be asking somebody "what the hell".
Please, treat your customers with some respect. BTW, i tried to log on, put in my email address, my normal password and did not get logged on, soooooo of course i simply clicked "forgot my password", but your system did not recognize my email address, Mr. Dude above must have listed me as spam!

Glasses arrived and Speert put the left eye prescription in the right eye lens & visa versa. Tried to discuss it with them on the phone but they couldn't comprehend. Finally they said they would refund my money. It never arrived. I would never buy from them again.
I have purchased glasses from Speert on three separate occasions. I usually order 5 pairs of glasses each time I place an order. My vision has been declining rapidly over the past 10 years, so my magnification needs have frequently increased. I am thrilled with Speert. I wear very strong reading glasses (+4.5 or +5.0 diopters depending on the level of ambient light in the room). I am able to buy excellent glasses at very reasonable prices at Speert. I can actually see print better with the reading glasses I bought at Speert than with the prescription glasses I had made locally. It may have had something to do with the fact that the prescription glasses were bifocals, but I find the quality of the lenses in the glasses I buy from Speert to be wonderful. I am a completely satisfied customer.
Not happy at all. Will not do business with Speert again. Ordered prescription reading glasses. They looked like men'; s glasses on the web site, but they were not. They were women's glasses. The web site photo didn't show the pink feminine design. Speert's return policy would have netted me about $10. Hardly worth the trouble. They need to: (1) redesign their web site to sort glasses into men's and women's categories; and (2) send me a pair of men's glasses. I spent three weeks of telephone back and forth with Speert before they gave me a final decision of 'You got what your ordered."
I ordered sunglasses and Speert sent a confirmation email and then never contacted me again. I sent emails, and I left voice messages. I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That got their attention, but all they did was say I was lying about sending emails and leaving voice messages. Turns out there was a delay at the post office, which I would have known about if Speert had sent me a tracking number like their website says they will when the glasses shipped. I finally got the glasses and they were fine, but Speert is a rude company that treats customers like dirt. I will never buy anything from them again.
Ordered three pair of readers +250 been wearing +250 for a long time. What I received was at best +150. They were marked as +250. Junk frames, bows deformed and to short. Returned and reported a dispute with my CC company.
