Could be quicker and has been in the past. I bought knowing it would be 10-30 "working" days to complete the order and it was pretty much the 30 days. I wasn't in a hurry so no problem but if I was in a hurry it wouldnt be funny

Placed my order on 28 Feb, still haven't arrived. Or even been dispatched according to the website.
Extremely slow service

I ordered my glasses 3 weeks ago, but I am still waiting for them. I sent an email to the company to see if there are any updates, but there was no response. I also contacted them through online chat where I left a message, but again, no response.
If I knew I would have to wait so long I would definitely use a different company, but I got fooled by other reviews.
Price is good, but wait is extremely long and communication is zero. I would not recommend them and will not use again.

Slower than a slow tortoise on pot walking through glue

This company must be trading off an old reputation if my experience is anything to go by. I would never use them again.

I ordered bog-standard sunnies with a not very powerful prescription.

The price, not that great. Over £30.

Speed of delivery - appalling.

Communication - no progress tracking. And when I did ask, I got terse, unhelpful emails fobbing me off with weak promises (and even they did not come to fruition).

When I order glasses online I want value, speed and quality. I don't care how the founder came up with the idea etc etc.

I care about glasses arriving when I need them, looking as good as the pictures, and being the correct prescription. One out of three (prescription) is not great.

More than a month after ordering, they actually arrived.

Very very slow service, takes a week to let you know they have your order and all in all they come in a month. No excuse in this day and age. They make and post them in their own time. Don't be wastingvyour money on their £9.99 fast post as you ll get them a day earlier than a month. There's nothing to tell you it takes this long as you would assume, like I did that they will get on with it and be a week at most, and even that is long nowadays

While it took some time from order to delivery I was kept informed at each stage of the process and totally satisfied with the end product.

Just picked up my levis glasses from the post office and I'm really pleased/surprised as it's my first online glasses and I didn't think they would be much good.

Easy to use site.
Quickly sorted and very clear instructions.
The whole process was easy. The glasses came and were perfect.

Delivered on time with no hassle, or hidden extras. Free case, cloth and sweeties were a nice touch and probably make me come back again.

Bought recommended by Martin Lewis site, if you didn't upgrade their offer they couldn't fulfill the offer. Had to cancel NOT RECOMMENDED!
