My glasses took 15 days from ordering and were then the wrong colour frames which was disappointing. They did respond well and quickly to my email though. I sent them back via Royal Mail ( I was going to go use their free return service but then found the nearest drop off point was a long way from me) and they refunded me the postage very quickly. I finally got the correct glasses exactly a month after ordering but, in fairness, I didn't do the return for about a week as I was isolating. Very good deal, nice frames and I'm happy with the prescription and fit. Would use again. They also emailed to check my pupil distance was correct which I thought was good of them.

I bought a single pair of Jasper Conran specs; they arrived on time, they are amazing quality and great value for money. Definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer.

I would have given 5 stars if they could speed up the delivery process as it took weeks.

APPALLING!

Stay clear! Ordered my glasses over 5 weeks ago and they have apparently been in the post for the last 2 weeks! They are asking me to wait another week as Royal Mail is currently taking up to 10 days to deliver. I wonder if it's just their parcels as all my other parcels from other companies normally only take 1-2 days. Think royal mail has actually got something against them!

Phoned them multiple times and the receptionist says I have no one I could transfer the calls to leave your name and number - they NEVER call back. I have asked for a refund and they very conveniently ignore that part of my email. I Whatsapped them 10 days ago - no response.

So basically, they took my money and have not given me the promised goods and are refusing a refund. And I cannot even claim my money back as it was less than £100 on a credit card.

I wish I had gone to Specsavers!

I was very impressed with the glasses, the cost and the level of communication along the way. The only reason it isn't a 5 Star review was that it took quite a long time for delivery. I would still recommend SpeckyFourEyes highly! Great product and price

Maximum delivery time of 20 days has now long passed (25 working days to date). I have just received one of two pairs, but even this has arrived without the glasses cord that I ordered with it. No emails received to explain or apologise for the delay, and nothing in the delivery that I received today to say that this is a "part-order" with the balance to follow. Poor service

Ordered through MSE code. Very pleased with the glasses once I finally received them. Two pairs of Ted Baker prescription glasses for around £65. The only issue I had was delivery time. Ordered glasses in February and received them in April. I did read that delivery could be up to 30 days from order date.

I used this company because of a good offer code through MSE. The order process was fairly straightforward. The only issue was the delivery time. After 1 month I had to make some calls & send a message or two to get things moving and the final delivery came about 5 or 6 weeks after the order.
However, the glasses are good and the lenses are perfect and I was not in a rush so the final result is a good pair of glasses at a very good price.

Thought i'd give these guys a go as there was an offer through HUKD. Ordered my glasses on Jan 13th and received them on Jan 29th. Came as expected no hassle or trouble whatsoever. If you know your prescription already then its an absolute no brainer. Very happy with my glasses and cannot wait to order another pair (Granted there is an offer going!).
Email communication and updates were effective and helpful throughout.

This was first time I have used SpeckyFourEyes and found them very good and really happy with how easy it was to use online account. Would certainty use again.

Ordered 2 pairs of Animal glasses as spares for around the house. They are well built and substantial. I thought they might be cheap for the price but they are not. Will look out for other offers as I'd like to get some of the lens coatings next time.

Lovely glasses I love the look of them. BUT I am.an idiot and sent a 2 year old prescription for the lenses. Need to send them back for the correct lenses. All my fault not theirs

Only company that stocked the frames I was after. Really happy with the glasses and excellent customer support.

Could be quicker and has been in the past. I bought knowing it would be 10-30 "working" days to complete the order and it was pretty much the 30 days. I wasn't in a hurry so no problem but if I was in a hurry it wouldnt be funny
