I think that for the money, the table is stylish and attractive. Just the right size for my small space. The packaging took a beating in transit and some of the bolts which were supposed to be inside to assemble went out through a hole in the box... Spasaloncustomer service is always great to deal with and replacement parts on the way.

From the beginning as I started to review the pedicure chairs that I was interested in, the employee, Tim was very responsive in our exchange on the chat line. He was prompt in providing feedback and informative. I'll leave another review when I receive my order!.

New company I am dealing with. Trying to order E209 UV oven. Need to write a review to potentially win 5000 points to possibly use the equivalent of $50 toward my order (doubtfully). Confusing payment options - they do not prefer credit card unless you pay extra 3% fee, but they will first take 10% credit card deposit, and then the balance in an e-check (which takes 7 days to process (?!). Not sure if I will receive my item, and then the restrictions on receiving the item - 1 time delivery and I need to check if box and item is ok before delivery person leaves...? Called customer service - spoke with first person, who transferred me to Lifa who then helped me with her sweet voice. Paid in full - but payment options need to be much more clear. Asked for item to be received in 1 week and not 3 weeks.
Hope I get the item intact!

I bought a lot of things here from last year... some products either they didnt have or delayed... so I call to canceled... the money they said they will refund but until now... still don't see it... when I called either no one pick it up or refused to answer my questions... I guarantee... this company will be close soon. Will see how long they will be survive... good luck too them... I would give them O star if I could

Nice table for the money, nice quality, easy to put together. The table wipes clean easily. I found that it was less expensive to buy the table separately and the chairs I wanted separately rather than buying a table and chairs set. It totally fits into the small space of my salon. I am very pleased with my purchase.

We ordered these chairs for our salon and they look great, we already have a couple from a few years ago and these are better. The seat is more comfortable. These are easy to assemble and they arrived in two days! These chairs look good and are comfortable for a very good price!

Spasalon is a rip-off

We have had a horrible time with this company. No delivery, lies on the telephone, and no refund. We paid 10% down with our business credit card and have filed a claim on that. The remainder, more than 2.4k we (STUPIDLY) transferred directly to their account from our account at the bank.
Our only recourse now is to file a claim with small claims court.
Has anyone had this type of experience? We are not familiar with how to go about this.
Does anyone know if this company actually exists in Lawrenceville GA?
I believe the entire thing is a scam from start to finish. The girl we dealt with has been "sick" and now is "in the hospital".
Any input or contact with a similar case is sought and appreciated.

This company sucks

I order some T4 Chair from SpaSalon.us. They lost the payment information, then the shipping fees just increase 3 times! Crazy! If you want to buy T4 Chair, go directly to www.t4spa.com and order then. They are willing to work out a deal with you.

This company is just a middle man only!

It's great. It's easy to get lost bouncing back and forth between choices. Nicca was great in customer service.

Great ordering process. The chat person and my rep Meeka were very responsive and answered all of my questions. I had been dealing with a couple of other companies before I found SpaSalon.us and one company had a very slow response and the other would not call me or email me back at all. Very happy I found SpaSalon.us as they have great customer service, what I ordered was in stock and they had the best prices!

The shopping was really easy, I had time to check every posible chose that I have and return to my car and my items still were there. The droop boxes made it perfect to custom made it to my need and that notes nice let me explain exactly where and how I want it without any other cost. Took me longer to decide on what color I want it than made the order In self. Looking forward to purchase other products from them

Horrible...

Horrible... I wouldn't deal with them again for anything! After placing my orders, and they processed the payment, they tell me (a week later) that my items are not available, but the ones that are cost more or cost more to ship. Then, when I get incorrect items, their solution is for me to order it again, pay for it and the shipping AGAIN and promise to refund my money AFTER they receive the incorrect item back... which I have to PAY to ship back to them!
In my opinion, this sounds like bait & switch, or just plain old fashioned fraud!

I had a great experience with Spa Salon US. After reading the negative reviews I am a bit shocked. All of the terms and conditions are clearly stated on the invoice that you receive when you place your order and the cancellation/ refund policy is on their website as well for you to review before placing your order; that is what I did by the way. The customer service was great and I got my order in the time frame promised. I RECOMMEND Spa Salon US! The pictures on their website does not compare to what you actually get and the prices are affordable.
