This was my first time ordering with your company. I spoke yesterday with Nikka and she answered all?'s and even helped me think of things that wasn't on my list. She gave me her direct line for ordering today. I called late in the day and she was again helpful and patient. I hope the delivery goes as well.

Be careful with spasalon. Us they are Cheating and lier, I returned the item and they didn't refund money and they asked me send another the payment then they will refund but they don't, now I call Lisa and store manager but they never answered or call me back, please don't send any money if they ask. Lisa is really bad service
I ordered an electrical cord and was charged $26 shipping. When I received it, it wouldnt work. After multiple phone calls, emails, and texts I was charged a 30% restocking fee & the shipping was also deducted from my refund. It is this companys fault for sending me a plug that doesnt work, but I had to pay for it.
I placed a order for parts, they refused to ship it to our clients location and I was told they will only ship to the billing address on the credit card. I work for a large company and the billing address is over a thousand miles away and they aren't setup to receive and ship orders. Since they refused to ship to the location I requested I simply asked to cancel the order, they threatened to charge me a 20% restocking fee I refused to agree to this and they charged my credit card the full amount of the order without providing any goods or services.

Order in 3 months, if you say 2 months, then they will tell you 6 months.
Generally, they will try to make you tired and agree to change to another product
That you don't want to purchase at the beginning. If you want to get refund, they
Will say ok but they never refund your money. Can you hire a lawyer for a case
With a value under $10,000? Spasalonus know that you would not, so they try to
Prolong the time to refund.
I lot my money in this company. Order 04/2018, 06/2018 her name Lisa said my husband credit card doesn't work. I must to cancel order another place. And 07/2018 they withdraw money in my husband account. Call them they said fill form cancel, fill 4 time, they don't care. Call the bank, the bank said they said already sent the order. I must to pay to my husband account. Now 01/2019 call them the order still in spasalon.us they send email to me to sign the form to process this order- I hate this service there. Now I don't want to call them any more I agree to lost my momney, because I don't know what next any charges from this company.
I called Spa Salon US looking for the Lenox GX pedicure chair. I searched the site and could not find it at all. When I called them I let the sales rep know what chair I was looking for and I was informed that they did not carry the chair but I was promised that she could get it for me. Well, she did. In less than 1 hour I got a call back from her telling me to check my email with the link for the chair that I was looking for. Not only did she find the chair but she also beat the price of other companies that I called. I just received my chairs today and they are beautiful, exactly what I asked for plus the delivery time was quick. I would recommend Spa Salon US to anyone.
BUYERS BEWARE! I've order 12 spa pedicures at roughly 20K paid in full same day since I needed replacement for my salon as soon as possible. Next day, Son at Spa salon US called saying the chairs are not in stock. Asked for a refund and has been 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I have to take this matter to small claims court in order to get my money back. Please don't waste your money and time to this unethical company.
I am very happy with this cabinet! I bought it to go in an empty space in my newly remodeled salon. I had read several reviews that mentioned it was small--but it fit perfectly in the space I had measured it for (based on the spasalonus description). The most impressive part was the speed with which spasalonus got this item to me! Thanks spasalonus!
Excellent Customer Services untill you Paid. They have no return policy, sent wrong pedicure stools color which does not matxh with pedicre chair, i called in to exchange. Son Nguyen said can not return. WTF this business. Will report to Local Authorities

Don't be fooled by this company! They are scammers! We tried to purchase pedicure chairs. They ran 10% on my credit card and told me to write a check for the balance, then take a picture of the check and text it to them! This sounded sketchy, so I wrote and said to cancel the order. They told me they couldn't cancel without a 20% fee! I said they hadn't shipped anything and this isn't right and they need to cancel. So I stopped payment through the bank on the down payment. A week later, they ran the remainder of the money on my card! This is causing me a lot of problems because of having to cover payroll through this account. When I wrote again and said I already canceled, she said I can't cancel without completing a bunch of forms. Beware of them, they are nothing but scammers. I wish I'd read online reviews before placing an order with them!
