I've never been disappointed by Southern Fried Chic's merchandise! Great style and as pictured!

I was impressed by the staff's willingness to grant me store credit when a package failed to be delivered to my home and I couldn't resolve the issue with USPS. I truly appreciate the company's way of handling the issue! Great customer service.

I feel like I'm a model when I wear their clothes. Makes me happy when I receive an order. I would recommend them to anyone.

Best customer service around! They truly appreciate their customers! Easy to use site and they always have sales! I have been following them on Facebook for years and they are always doing giveaways and interacting with their customers... it's like a big family! I uploaded a recent purchase and it shows how I got a 25% discount just from watching a Facebook live plus a $1.56 credit from my last purchase as my reward.

I ordered a dress and I didn't read the description I realized it wasn't going to fit I immediately got onto Instagram and messaged them. I didn't get their name but they were so amazing they said they couldn't cancel my order because it already shipped but if I received it and it didn't fit they would work with me. I got it and it didn't fit and I messaged them and told them it didn't fit and I would need a new dress in two days and I wasn't sure if they could still work with me on it, they let me know she would still work with me and try to get it to me within two days but couldn't promise me it would be here in two days! It got here the day I needed it. I'm extremely satisfied with my new dress it fit perfectly and I'm so amazed and happy with the customer service! Thank you so much to whoever helped me.

Even after sizing up from my normal size, the boots I purchased were still WAY too small. From the toes all the way to the heels. They were a sale item so no way to return them. I only have to wear them for a few hours in a wedding party, but still.

The dress was beautiful and just perfect for my simple wedding. I ordered a large and I'm about 12-14. The back was about inch from zipping all the way. So I have little work to do.

I have at least a dozen dusters. I just ordered the Orange and gold one. They look good with everything I wear.Im 5-2 and they still fit me. I always get them my orders very fast. I'm so happy with everything I buy. Love you Southern fried chics!
