I ordered a custom necklace 2/11 and my order form said except shipping 3-6 business days, those days came and went, I went online to track my shipping and it said "processing" I sent in a "ticket" since there is no phone number and was emailed back by a lady named Martha that told me they were upgrading their shipping department and nothing would ship out until 2/28 I told her that's not what was on my records and that wasn't good enough. I waited a few days and after reading everyone's complaints on facebook I sent another email telling them this was unexceptable and I should be upgraded to express shipping since its been almost 1 month since I ordered, she then told me my necklace was made but didn't pass inspection because they wanted it to be nice and it was being remade and if it passed this time it would be mails with in a day and then 3-6days for the express shipping -that was 2/21 here we are 3/1 and it still says "processing" DO NOT order from this company these people are scam artist and theives! I do not believe they have any intentions of mailing our products off or if they are even still in business. Bad thing is even if i cancel the order now I garentee I won't get the money back for another month or so.

Me and my co-workers pitched in to get our co worker and friend a necklace because he brother passed. We ordered it on 2. 9. 18 and its now 2. 27. 18. I haven't received any correspondence. They claimed they shut down the shipping for 2 weeks now. Their isn't a phone number to call, a live chat that work, anything. This is such a huge let down for my friends.

My wife ordered a personalized bar necklace for our son's girlfriend for Valentine's Day. Ordered it a week before Valentine's Day knowing that it would not arrived until at least a few days after Valentine's Day. Even received a message the day after ordering of when to expect shipping to occur. The day came and went and when my wife inquired. There was not a telephone number to call. The so call Live Chat was not available. You had to send a ticket for inquiry. Once we sent a ticket, received an automated e-mail that they were not shipping for 2 weeks to upgrade their systems. The company probably knew when orders were placed prior to shutting down shipments that people would not receive their orders as intended. This company is also out of Hong Kong that has to ship to the US. This is terrible service and communication. Don't order from Soufeel.

When my order was apparently delivered to my residence and I never received it. Soufeel Jewelry customer service was helping me every step of the way. We kept in contact through email and they were quick at responding to my questions and concerns about my package. Its the best customer service I ever received when something goes wrong. It wasnt their fault about my stolen package but I felt like I received more help than the actual shipping company USPS. Which was amazing.
