I had tried several gaming stations since 2001 and also some computers for gaming and my best advise four you as a consumer is that the purchase from a playstation is a good thing to do, it's durable and it has good game choices plus a 4k grafic.
I got a tv, camera and a home theatre systme from sony and they are all working great. What I like about sony is the work that they put into making their devices because they heve never dissapointed me eve once. If you want good products the you eed sony.
Sony has been there for years not and I have to say that they have never dissapointed me even once. Everything that they ake is high qiulaity and is alwas warantied. If you want a tv that will serve you for years like the one I have right ow then you need to get one from sony. Their price is for a reason. Like other companies that I know.
Sony is the only company that I trust to provide me with the best services ever. It has like the best electronic decices. I ahve the soy playstation 5 and it works like a charm. They have really done some work with it and it works very great. THere is no other place that I would go for my electronic needs.
Not anymore though; they won't honor their year warranty on my ps4 slim 1tb; had it less than that and the controller already has joystick drift. I can't get through to anyone via their phone number about it and their fb chat representative sent me in circles trying to discourage me. I warned him this would be the result and waited days; no response. Hope it was worth it to you. Update: I got through to them but they want me to send my controller out for repair when it would cost them no more to replace it and would be more effective with time for me; bad attitudes. Bought an Xbox over this behavior.
Bought the children for a good study. Before that, they had 3 version, so they carried me on their hands for a whole month. Sometimes I can play with my husband myself)the Children liked the new games, as well as the image quality and new gamepads.

I used to like a different camera brand and then my boyfriend bought a Sony Camera (A7iii) and I inmediatelyt fell in love. I haven't used many cameras, I'm not an expert on cameras either but the quality of your cameras are perfection!

Its Ps4 is goddess thing ever. I feel everybody have to get that feeling. It contains good performing hardwares. Like VGA is gtx 1080 ti and RAM coud be max 8 GB. And we able to play 3d bluray disks and sony made this for feel user more comportable and high life.
The worst experience that I had with the console was on one occasion that I had several leaks in my room and although one of these was falling on my console, I swore that day it was completely ruined, but until the day of today this is still in the most perfect conditions idek how, this really shows how good is the durability of this brand
For months Sony Bravia TV has lagged behind software updates on Amazon Prime Streaming and Netflix. Despite hundreds of complaints on their customer service site we have only had token responses most of which advise buying Amazon Fire Stick. For years Sony was the brand to buy. Certainly not anymore. They don't know how to manage Smart TVS.
The browser the PS4 uses constantly crashes on me. Some ads take up too much room and scroll with you while being unclosable. Alot of web sites don't work. And what's the deal with no flash? I realize the PS4 is not suppose to be a pc, but can we have Chrome or Firefox please? If basic phones can handle it. Why cant a big powerful PS4 handle it?

I love sony sure you can call me a sony fanboy, but here's why i love this company i'm a youtuber *zinger75* i use the ps4 for well recording, editing, and well just playing games in general. I enjoy playing the ps4 but others may not and that's fine i just wanted to say my opinion about this company.
Having purchased a PS4 secondhand for my daughter, I have discovered it's been blocked for playing online due to a chargeback from the previous owners account.
They have been unhelpful and rendered the PS4 useless, they will not even let me settle the account to make it usable again.
Customer service is a joke and I will never deal with a Sony product again.
As title says they are my lovemates. Kuddos to them. I always admire thr products. Kinda like using them for more than two decades now.
The best company for years. I mean about everything, also I bought an phone from sony and I must say it is working incredibly good same as the tons of other sony product that I purchased over the years!
Been looking to buy a Sony Blue Ray player with internet streaming. Can not find any where that they give the list of the channels available on their streaming of the internet. No seller could help me or really cared to help. Calling all over the country to Sony offices at best yielded an attitude of screw you, we're not going to tell you. We have a right to know what we are buying and that would include a list of the channels on their streaming network, what they are and if they are free or pay and if a pay channel how much it costs. As consumers we have right to know. I would even think that there should be a law requiring it. After experiencing their attitude, I will never buy another Sony product again and everyone else should boycott them sending a message back to Japan that you either give the information of what we are buying or lose all sales in the USA. This is beyond pompus a*s on Sony's part. It's time we demand our right to know!

I’m a Sony Xperia E3 user. Their 4 GB built in storage is very less and not enough. Poor battery and camera quality. Front camera is really bad.
Horrible experience. While attempting to purchase a TV through the phone, I was charged numerous times for no reason.
