Wow. Worst experience of my life. Just dont. Too exhausted from arguing with them, yes they argue with you, too actually explain for the 100th time what happened... And still nothing came from it, please just don’t. Sony's customer service is the worst and terribly inconsiderate in Not Resolving issues.
The growth of Sony is really outstanding especially in the last 3 years. They are really dominating in the field of electronics. Last week I have bought the Sony LED TV 42 inches really i am attracted very much on the clarity of visual i got from the TV. So, I have decided to buy from only Sony company regarding all electronics goods which are all i needed.
I have a led tv from sony, and the quality is very good. It also has wi-fi incorporated which makes easy to view movies on it directly from my laptop. Also the features of the smart tv are very good, with youtube and facebook access. You can alos connect your phone through wi-fi direct. Tops

Ordered a bunch accessories for my phone and it was delivered in good time and condition. One of the items did not fit my phone (a holster), however, but after contacting their customer care service, I got it returned and refunded me for the part. Plus they corrected their compatibility on their site later.

I recently had to retire my Dell and exchange it for something lighter weight. After some research and much accidental ignoring of some people's advice, I settled on a Sony Vaio. The Sony website could be better organized - one day I could find the laptop I wanted, but the next day I needed to do some serious sleuthing to get to the same location. Finally when I did go through with the purchase, though, things went smoothly. Sony updated me on the whereabouts of my laptop, and delivery was relatively fast (as compared to Dell, which took, in the past, a month). I'm very happy with my Vaio (though the sound system is nothing compared to Dell's), and after I deleted all the bloatware, the transition time to becoming accustomed to this new machine was next to nothing.
I used to spend quite a bit of time trying to figure out which website sold the best sony laptop at the best deal and in the end I settle for something I didnt really want to shave off a few dollars. Now I just buy directly from sony and customize my laptop to exactly what I want. This is how Dell used to work and now Dell is crap. I much prefer sony laptops and I hate to be supporting foreign companies over US companies but Sony laptops rock!
I like sonystyle because of awesome costumer service (they answered my questions imedietly) Also they have nice interest free finance options.
I think this site is a great site to order from. The customer service is great and the products they sell are great as well. I ordered a Sony A550 and a set of lenses from them. They were nice when I talked to them on the phone and when I received my packages in the mail, they included everything they should have. I would recommend this site to everyone who is going to purchase any Sony product.
