I called into customer service, Had the sweetest woman help me through everything, i ask about my order she explained about back orders and she helped me get another item that was in stock, She even told me she was new to the company and still helped me like she had been there for years, Alot of customer service people you talk to are kinda hateful Not this woman, Kayla is the sweetest person you can talk to, so if you need to call in ask for Kayla she is wonderful
Dustin the salesman sold me products shorted me brackets took two weeks to get brackets received wrong denied sending customer brackets find phone over 4 hours need the brackets Primus the brackets still sent wrong brackets wrong wire 90% of my order was wrong 10 days to get still wrong and I had to pay the shipping I will never ever order from Sonic Electronix again

I bought an crimestopper sp-502 alarm remote start from this place and it was defective verified by the manufacturers tech support. Tech support told me to get it replaced for a new because is still under warranty. Sonic will not replace the unit unless I completely uninstall the entire unit and I have to pay for shipping if I want a replacement even though I just need the alarm brain replaced to the entire wiring specialist after I spend a couple hours installing they refused to just send me the new alarm brain because they can't do that so they said. I could understand if I was trying to get over on them but all I need is a replacement of the defective unit why should I have to pay for shipping and have to uninstall and then reinstall all the wiring when there's no need but obviously they don't care about costumer service they only care about taking your money and then screw the customer I will never buy from them again and I hope no one does either. I would like to give them a negative 5 stars but I don't have that choice.
On May 8th I ordered Merchandise from Sonic Electronics, It is May 31st no Merchandise. They shipped it, it got lost. Emailed them a couple of times and they stated it has to be over 14 days idle to reship or refund. Well its been over 14 days and I contacted them again no reply... AGAIN NO REPLY... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!
The website was really good an simple to use an my product was pretty good it had a few marks an dings on it an one piece doesnt exactly fit but the delivery was really good took just four days
Everything came with great packing. Only problem was they sent the wrong radio adapter. Wouldve have given 5 had it not been for that. Boss Media Center, Dash kit, Axxes Harness
