I have been dealing with customer services and the emails I have received from them answering my questions are terrible they are so rude and one email reduced me to tears. When I asked for the name of the person who was returning my emails they just canceled my order! I certainly did not find them professional as you would expect from their website! I feel that the website is to trick people into thinking they are a superior website when actually they are not. They are great when trying to take your money but once you start asking questions as I did before my purchase as this is such a lot of money they are nasty and extremely rood! Also, they are based in China as my bank declined the transaction due to a block made to prevent credit card fraud as it was an unusual transaction and the bank confirmed that the company is based in China and not Switzerland! It is one big scam a very good one but still a scam. Please don't use them as they will just rip you off!

Solidswiss. Cd has a team of about 15 people that write all the positive reviews and then post them. Don't believe any of them. You can get the exact same fake watches from other sites for a whole lot less. Where do you think Solidswiss. Cd gets theirs? Same place and then sell them to people for twice and three times as much. Don't be fooled by their impressive looking website. I am a WOSTEP certified watchmaker and I have been keeping track of them for years now. Their watches do not have clone movements. DONT BE FOOLED BY! They are usually Chinese copies of ETA MOVEMENTS. If you are gonna buy make it simple date adjust movements. No day/date or GMT or chronographs. They won't work. The more bells and whistles and you can guarantee they won't work properly. They take your money and then ignore your emails. It's disgraceful how dishonest they are. It's been 2 years since I got scammed of almost $1500 Australian and I'm still pissed.

This site is a scam please note that all the information is false and is only a OK replica it is not worth the $1350 engravings are correct but poor, weight is close but not close enough, feeling is ok if you never owned a Rolex, the movements makes scratching sounds wich rolex will never make and also they are not made in switzerland nor are they made by any swiss experts this watch is a chinese copy of higher grade. Please understand it is a ok replica but you can get the same or even better for half price or less.

Please stay away from this scamming crowd, if you get something and I mean something it WILL be cheap junk, they then will not want to repair it, if you manage to get any sort of refund which you should try, beware they will bombard your phone number and email address with 1000s of spam mail and messages and 100s of unwanted random calls, they people are scum and should be avoided at all cost, I know I'm one of the mugs that paid over £1000 for a piece of junk …..

Solidswiss may have other sites to entice sales. Three of these sites are identified, two by me and one by the other member. swisstime.sr is identified by the other member.
The site I identified are bestclones.sr. bestclones.sr has a sister site also, swissreplica. Cd.

Tom accidentally disclosed to me bestclones.sr is one of his. Swissreplica. Cd and bestclones.sr. Have the same special offers and items.

Like one of the members here put it - solidswiss is a one man band = joker. I will add here and so are his other site. Stay out of them!

There is one other site, bestreplica.sr. Their site is very well presented, just like that of solidswiss. No idea if this one is also solidswiss. But looks like they are coming out from the same web designer.

Bought the watch I thought it will be shipped from Switzerland but it was shipped from China with the senders name Feng Chiquiang. They said it was channel from China for customs reason.
Customer service is terrible when you email them to follow up your order they seems irritable to reply your emails.
Tolll free numbers is un-manned no one to take your call

Like many others who have expressed loss, I too was taken by these scamming thieves. I have worked hard for my money and thought I was buying quality watches that wear and last like the originals. I too dealt with poor responses to my emails and then nothing. No watch, no more responses. And yes, I too was enticed, suckered by the significant discount for wiring. Wiring money should have been the biggest red flag for me to do more research.

Save your money for a real company's product and don't be another victim by these criminals.

Do not believe all the good reviews on this website they are all done by people hired by solidswiss. Cd, First thing is try and call there phone number and you will see no none ever answers and you never get a call back. Also try the messenger, there is only one email for this huge website that the scammer uses and he will only reply with short three word answers. I ordered a watch from these people 80 days ago and have received nothing. I can't even get them to reply now. If you do not believe me message me and i will be glad to show you all the emails i have with them and all I've sent with no reply from them. STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS

I bought a rolex explorer from these guys it took 6 weeks for it come
Just after 2 days the watch stopped working it use to go off at night i emailed these people they told me to wind it every night for 10 days it will be ok after a week or so but it didnt work
And they refuse to sort the watch out
The watch came from honk kong not europe or swiss as they claim the clasp on the watch is so sharp it can cut you any time i am very disappointed and feel cheated by these chinkys
