Nothing, do not order from this site.The product cannot be exchanged and the money is not returned.For a whole month I was fooled.Then, nevertheless, they agreed that they would return half the cost of the goods and I would keep the goods for myself.Within 10 working days they had to transfer the money to my accountThen they said that the goods cannot be returned, the money cannot be returned to me either.

This might just be the worst website I have ever purchased clothing on. Their sizing is horrible and I am not someone who typically has a problem with sizing. Made an $130 order and one thing fit me, one came damaged, and the rest was sized for a 12 year old. The customer service takes forever to email you back, you don't get a return label easily and you won't be refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I needed a dress for an event so ordered from Solado. This took nearly 3 weeks to come. A few weeks after ordering i requested a refund and they said they would deduct the shipping fee (even though on my order status they hadn't shipped it!). Days later this eventually arrived completely looked different to the photo bad quality dress. For some reason this isn't like any other normal website, you can't get a return label unless you get in contact with them. I have tried this NUMEROUS times and got no response. I will not be returning and I would not recommend this to any of my family or friends. Disgusting service.

I ordered a pair of jeans and a shirt back in february. The jeans arrived in april and the shirt hasnt even arrived it(its may). The jeans didn't even fit even though i had decided to size up. I won't even mind ordering from that website again.

2 weeks had passed and my order wasn't even being processed or worked on. They refunded my purchase but they kept trying to convince me to keep my order. After going back and forth I told them their negative reviews from others doesn't help even wanting to confide in a company like there's. They have so many reviews of people being scammed. I had purchased over $300 dollars worth of clothing. They finally agreed yo refund me and tried to compensate by giving me a 20% off discount for my next purchase which I WON'T EVER BE USING. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Klamotten sind nicht genau wie auf den bildern dargestellt und zurück schicken kann man sie auch nicht. Man bekommt aus "kulanz" von denen 30% vom Kaufpreis erstattet.
Thats it.
Bleibst auf den Klamotten hängen uns bekommst nicht mal die Hälfte deines Geldes zurück.
Nie wieder.

I ordered from this site and paid $30 for expresss shipping. It took 10 days because they are in china.
When I tried to return 2 items they said I had to pay for my own shipping (which is not a prob usually) but that if it came from a place with high taxes they would decline. Ummm ok how do I know that? They only provide a 30% refund and 20% discount code. (no thanks) while the customer service rep was quick to reply its just been a nightmare. I will not buy from them again. Why not provide an easy return process where u pay for the return and get a label. BE AWARE!

After a month waiting for my packet. It got lost. They said they have delivered it. However, I have not received any packet. I contacted SOLADO for refund it and they just ignored my petition, they do not take any responsibility of this issue.
I do not recommend this website.

I received my package incredibly late, and the clothing had already snagged and ripped. Not to mention sizing was so off! I tried to dispute the charge since they didn't want to do a return because it "cost them more" than just refunding me 30% and they fought it and gave me no time to respond back. WORST customer service. Terrible clothes. Don't waste your time.

I have ordered from them multiple times. I always read the reviews to see if I need to size up. I've been happy with everything I've received. Shipping is always pretty quick ( 2 weeks most). For the price I have no complaints. The quality has been surprisingly good, and again I always read reviews before purchase so I have no surprises.

I honestly love SOLADO. There clothes are so awesome. And you know affordable good quality. My only return went perfect to their plan. Delivery was super fast

The pants/top are a little too tight on the waist band/bra band so it makes me look a little pudgy. But the pants are a good length and come up on the waist at a nice, flattering level.

Love this dress. But as a 5.7 110 pounds woman I find Small very short. If I bought M, length would be good but probably too loose on tip. So I wear it as a top and like it a lot

So beautiful, fits perfectly and fast delivery considering is coming from China! The only one hing to point out is that the two straps that tie around the neck are REALLY long so just be aware of that :)

I dont know if you can tell this by the photo but it had built-in shorts. Its very cute but the waist is a bit big but i have that issue a lot and its nothing a belt can't fix

It's extremely flattering on if you're not moving. My chest requires support so I knew this would be a gamble but I hoped the pressure points from the strings would provide support. The shirt comes untied and you have to loop the string through. It provides no hold at all but is definitely cute if support isn't a factor for you. I will still try to find a way to wear it. The material of the shirt is nice and thick.

LOVE this skirt! It has shorts under neath so feels comforting knowing that while wearing such a short skirt. Great & thick material. Fits really nicely!

It is a cute dress, however i suggest, especially if u're tall, to buy a size bigger than ur original one. Or else it would be too short and not wearable
