Solado

Been eyeing this brand for a while now and finally decided to buy a few of their pieces. Super happy with my purchase and I definitly think I will be buying from them again! Check out my video review to see the three pieces I bought for try on and my thoughts~

I received my package incredibly late, and the clothing had already snagged and ripped. Not to mention sizing was so off! I tried to dispute the charge since they didn't want to do a return because it "cost them more" than just refunding me 30% and they fought it and gave me no time to respond back. WORST customer service. Terrible clothes. Don't waste your time.

It's extremely flattering on if you're not moving. My chest requires support so I knew this would be a gamble but I hoped the pressure points from the strings would provide support. The shirt comes untied and you have to loop the string through. It provides no hold at all but is definitely cute if support isn't a factor for you. I will still try to find a way to wear it. The material of the shirt is nice and thick.

I ordered from this site and paid $30 for expresss shipping. It took 10 days because they are in china.
When I tried to return 2 items they said I had to pay for my own shipping (which is not a prob usually) but that if it came from a place with high taxes they would decline. Ummm ok how do I know that? They only provide a 30% refund and 20% discount code. (no thanks) while the customer service rep was quick to reply its just been a nightmare. I will not buy from them again. Why not provide an easy return process where u pay for the return and get a label. BE AWARE!

I needed a dress for an event so ordered from Solado. This took nearly 3 weeks to come. A few weeks after ordering i requested a refund and they said they would deduct the shipping fee (even though on my order status they hadn't shipped it!). Days later this eventually arrived completely looked different to the photo bad quality dress. For some reason this isn't like any other normal website, you can't get a return label unless you get in contact with them. I have tried this NUMEROUS times and got no response. I will not be returning and I would not recommend this to any of my family or friends. Disgusting service.

I have ordered from them multiple times. I always read the reviews to see if I need to size up. I've been happy with everything I've received. Shipping is always pretty quick ( 2 weeks most). For the price I have no complaints. The quality has been surprisingly good, and again I always read reviews before purchase so I have no surprises.

This might just be the worst website I have ever purchased clothing on. Their sizing is horrible and I am not someone who typically has a problem with sizing. Made an $130 order and one thing fit me, one came damaged, and the rest was sized for a 12 year old. The customer service takes forever to email you back, you don't get a return label easily and you won't be refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

After a month waiting for my packet. It got lost. They said they have delivered it. However, I have not received any packet. I contacted SOLADO for refund it and they just ignored my petition, they do not take any responsibility of this issue.
I do not recommend this website.

The dress is beautiful and the material is perfect. Not too cold and not too warm. It's not really firm fitting either which is great for me, it would suit a white belt and beret and white boots. It's perfect!

I ordered a pair of jeans and a shirt back in february. The jeans arrived in april and the shirt hasnt even arrived it(its may). The jeans didn't even fit even though i had decided to size up. I won't even mind ordering from that website again.

Nothing, do not order from this site.The product cannot be exchanged and the money is not returned.For a whole month I was fooled.Then, nevertheless, they agreed that they would return half the cost of the goods and I would keep the goods for myself.Within 10 working days they had to transfer the money to my accountThen they said that the goods cannot be returned, the money cannot be returned to me either.

LOVE this skirt! It has shorts under neath so feels comforting knowing that while wearing such a short skirt. Great & thick material. Fits really nicely!

So beautiful, fits perfectly and fast delivery considering is coming from China! The only one hing to point out is that the two straps that tie around the neck are REALLY long so just be aware of that :)

The sizing and quality of Solado clothing is crazy inconsistent. I ordered 6 items, all in XS, and only one of them actually fit me; 3 tops were so tiny it's like they were made for a 9-year-old child, one was much too loose, and the last item never arrived. The fabric is flimsy and the smell gave me a headache.

Even worse, when I contacted them for a return, they said I'd have to pay to ship them back to China myself. This would've cost almost the same amount as the clothes themselves. Otherwise they'd reimburse me 25% of my order cost... don't bother, you'll just waste money on clothes you can't even wear

This is VERY good. In the photo I put my hand there to show the comparison for size. It sits so nicely on my body and hase a very nice low back without anything folding or bending in weird ways. Definitely worth buying!

Love this dress. But as a 5.7 110 pounds woman I find Small very short. If I bought M, length would be good but probably too loose on tip. So I wear it as a top and like it a lot

2 weeks had passed and my order wasn't even being processed or worked on. They refunded my purchase but they kept trying to convince me to keep my order. After going back and forth I told them their negative reviews from others doesn't help even wanting to confide in a company like there's. They have so many reviews of people being scammed. I had purchased over $300 dollars worth of clothing. They finally agreed yo refund me and tried to compensate by giving me a 20% off discount for my next purchase which I WON'T EVER BE USING. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I had a good experience with their customer service, I had returned two items which they ended refunding me back straight away before receiving the items. Good service! The dress is lovely too - thank you x

Ordered from this merchant because they were the only one with my size and what a surprise to find that they were on sale. They did everything to make the shopping and checkout pleasant. Will mention to others to visit the site.
