I don't know what these people are talking about. I've never had anything but a positive experience with this site. I can't say I've ever spoke to anyone in customer service, because I've never needed to. Orders are always flawless. I'm a repeat buyer, ordering up to 4 times a year for the past 5 years.
This site (site jabber) seems to be a dumping ground for $#*!y trolls.
Bought socks did not fit maybe I am too old but when I shop i view mens, so when put in size do not expect to receive a womens size and returned purchased correct size and was deducted a 6.95 return fee. Never do business here they distribute products do not manufacture no exclusive anything. Plenty of distributers out there with no return fee. And the best part of this is they are not the lowest price trying anew place and it sucked.
I cannot say that I have any return/exchange experience because I have kept all the socks I've bought. Smartwool and Vermont Tough are my favorites. The site is easy to use and has a fabulous variety. I have always received my items quickly and they were always packaged smartly, no overuse of stuffing. Socks are rather hard to break though. The company offers discounts and deals frequently, also. I have not destroyed or worn out one pair of socks throughout the years of buying them.
Ordered in May. Still no socks. Even though they claim the socks are out of stock, you can order them on their website. Oh, and they censor any non-rave reviews on their website so beware of all those 5 star reviews. I wouldn't order from these little punks again even if they promised to act like grownups and send the order within, say, 2 months.
While their website says you have 60 days to return for a full refund, when I got a return authorization, they told me I only had 30 days. After that another 60 (website said 180) to return for a store credit, which expires after a year. Why would it expire? My money that they now have will not expire. Don't shop here.
I purchased socks for a gift and the person getting the socks liked them but needed a different type of sock. There is a $6.95 charge to return the socks, as this person commented, not worth the cost. So make sure when you purchase socks from sock addict, you have everything correct or the price of the socks including return makes them too expense and a problem.
Bought the tube socks for my husband. They stay up where they belong in his boots. They are thick and supportive. One of the socks had a Flaw, contacted customer service, and they were polite, apologized for the flaw, and immediately sent us a new package of socks He loves these socks!
I have been trying ever since I accidentally completed the order to cancel it. It was successfully canceled after the weekend had passed. I will happily shop again with Socks Addict when I can get some Wigwams on sale!

I ordered on Dec. 17 and free expedited shipping was being advertised on their site. Well guess what. It's Dec. 27 and I still don't have the socks, nor do I have any correspondence from Socks Addict. I talked with a girl(Carla) on Christmas Eve and was told the order had not shipped and would be overnighted to arrive the next day. Well guess what. Can't get anyone to answer emails or phone calls at this point. Will never order from them again!
Excellent! You couldn't do better than this company. Great prices, excellent quality and if anything isn't perfect, they ship you a new one. Truly the best.

I've ordered repeatedly from Socks Addict and have been willing to wait for my order since they obviously ship via Pont Express. However, I just had a conversation with customer service about an order I placed almost a month ago. They explained that my order was never processed because there was a problem with my credit card. That card was hacked, so we had to close the account. But we didn't close the account until about ten days after I placed my order. My gripe is that I was never notified that the order could not be processed. The order simply went into a black hole, No one at Socks Addict checks to see whether online orders have been fulfilled. I cannot do business with a company who apparently has soooo many customers that they cannot keep track of their orders. I've kicked the Socks Addict habit.

Your ads say there will be good values on socks to keep cold feet warm and then I look around and NOTHING is available for my son's size socks, AND I was promised 5$ off my order and that was another lie, you're tricksters and liers and karma will come for you, Now you're telling me that the item you took my money for doesn't exist!

I ordered on 12. 19. 17. My card was charged 12. 20. 17. I paid for 2 day shipping. I received an email that the package was shipped and should arrive 12. 23. 17.
1. 2. 18 still I have not received the package. The tracking number says the shipment was last scanned 12. 23. 17. I was promised a shipping refund. I was then told the shipment would be resent. Now the second shipment is lost. I have not been refunded the 2 day shipping. It is 1. 9. 18. Today I demanded a refund. I am disputing the charge with my Bank.
Very unresponsive company across multiple transactions and multiple methods of contact. No response as to my rewards points not showing up. No response to late shipping. Not worth it.
I ordered socks from this company after they sent me a coupon in the mail. This was a big mistake, I ordered on August 10 and but August 21 I still had not received shipping confirmation. I than tried to call the company and three times it went to voicemail. Then I got their supposed email address off of my PAYPAL site and received notification from my email provider that Thor email system was refusing to accept my emails. Now I started to feel like I got scammed. I called PAYPAL and let them know what had happened and they told me that they would take care of it, although it could take up to a month to get my money back. BUYER BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY!
My experience visiting the outlet store was pleasant. I found interesting items at good prices. The service was friendly, and I was satisfied with my purchase.
I ordered socks and slippers as Christmas gifts on December 10th. Or course they charged my credit card right away but didn't ship out my order until the 18th. My order arrived the day after Christmas. I tried to contact them several days before Christmas but no one answered the phone and they did not return my email until the day after Christmas. And then they insulted me by saying we'll give you a 10% discount on your next order. 10%! What a joke. These people are unreliable and unethical. When I placed my order it said it would arrive before Christmas. How embarrassing to not have Christmas gifts. Do not order from this company or any Aleva Store, which is their umbrella company.
