The shirts I received were nothing like the quality of the print or the shirts as pictured and described. The return policy is awful! I had to scramble to find quality gifts to replace the junk I paid for and received. Please do not make the same mistake I did.

I was very clear about the size of bra I needed, I was told that they checked and it would work, it was 3 sizes two small, I bought another style and once again they said the size would work. Not only did the bras NOT fit, they were of such poor quality. They only refunded 20% of the order and stated that they did not allow returns on underwear, even if it was never worn. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE GUYS!

I ordered a sweatshirt from this site 20 days ago, and there has been no contact since then. So today I checked the reviews of "Socialshop." Good grief, I've never seen so many poor reviews anywhere before. So now I've reconciled myself to never receiving the item, or if I do receive it in January or February (it's supposed to be a Christmas gift!), I'll most likely be very disappointed with it - a throwaway. Very frustrating. The lesson is, if you order directly from a site you don't know anything about, check reviews first.

Clothing is of poor quality, cheap looking! To get a refund you have to send the product to China. The cost of shipping defeats the purpose in getting a refund.

Bra's are not returnable not just underwear. (any undergarments) One bra was very poorly made, didn't fit & did not fit the description the way it was made, I got a little over $2 refunded.
I bought a pull over top that the wasn't finished being sewn. The piping all the way around the neck line was open/raw. It was like someone cut the piping off the entire neck line. The person said they would send me a new one BUT it did not happen. They gave me 20% of the purchased top, so over a $2 refund...
Shop at the mall, Target, JCP, Macy, Amazon anywhere except this company.
All these items were made in China.

I ordered a bra in size 2x. It didn't fit, so I paid extra shipping for another in n size 5x, only for it to come tattered and appeared worn. I've never wore size 5x in anything. They used the same size cup and made the back wider which looked ridiculous. I asked for a sweater that was slightly less than what I paid altogether and was denied, so I opted for a 25% refund of the $20 bra because I don't want the hassle anymore. As far as I'm concerned, they can keep their trash.

The product received was such poor quality i could not even think of wearing it. To return it, I have to send it to China. Their ad disappeared from my Facebook feed after my order and my computer flagged their website as dangerous so I can't even open it. I tried complaining to Paypal, but since I don't have a link to the product on their website, I can't file a complaint. I will call them. Companies like this should not be allowed to sell on Facebook.

It took almost 2 months to receive my order. It finally arrives. And it's the wrong size. Someone cut the size tag off. Plus it poor quality material. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Items never received, no customer service. Fake shipping information. Reported to BBB and attorney general.

Please do not order from this company. It's a scam.
Ordered and paid for a sweatshirt. No update on the tracking.
Contacted them. Informed out of stock.
Left it a week and contacted again. Offered a different colour. They said it would be delivered the next week.
Left it another week. Contacted them again. Out of stock.
Offered a different colour, accepted and they again said the delivery would be expedited.
Still no tracking. Contacted them. OUT OF STOCK!
To be fair I did manage to get my money back but it has taken me a month of emails to get it sorted.
Please do not buy from this company. They have no intention of dispatching anything.
It's a shame I had to give a 1 star rating. 0 would have better reflected my opinion of them.

I ordered a baton, when I read all those terrible reviews about the site, I got so worry, so I contacted teh seller, she was so nice and helpful actually (Caroline), I received it after approx. 20 days. Later on the baton malfunctioned - more than likely because of me, I oiled it, so may be this is why the lock didn't work again - I contacted the customer service, I explained that it might be my mistake, she told me - Caroline again - don't worry, and they sent me new one, and told me I can keep the one I have. I really didn't know even what to say!

Bought what was supposed to be Christmas wreaths made from deer antlers. Their ad shows multiple pictures of genuine antler wreaths and even a picture of a box of antlers supposedly used to make the wreaths. When they arrived, they were made from cheap painted plaster. Returning it has been a hassle plus they want to charge me for $30 shipping in addition to what I'll spend to ship it back for a refund. I don't have any faith that I'll actually see a refund. Stay away from these guys!

Update: I followed their return directions and paid to send item back and also get a signature upon receipt. Apparently they give an authorized return address where they intentionally don't accept packages. USPS tracking says nobody there and they left a message to schedule redelivery. It's been sitting in limbo for 2 weeks. This is a total SCAM company. DO NOT take a risk with them!

I was skeptical to say the least because the price of the Christmas garage banners was $69 compared to 4-500$ everywhere else so I emailed them and they responded with had in stock so I took a chance. They arrived 3 weeks later and are absolutely beautiful especially the Manger seen

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star horrible material way to small. And when reaching out with the problem they refuse to help or refund me then they said if your order doesn't work for you donate it. I'm furious

This site (also going under the names propatton and superwait) is a total scam. Almost 3 months ago I placed an order. Nothing. They took my money and 3 weeks later nothing shipped etc. I've asked repeatedly for a refund... I get the same prepared translated to English BS reply. This is a scam from Hong Kong. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THERE.
