A woman called Linda Walker cold called me from this company saying they try to help small businesses like mine to recieve more business, and this could not be further than the truth. In fact they have stolen my money outright by promising me a service of "guaranteeing" that my website would come up on the first page of Google. And also told me that they would update a few things on my website like text and a few photos included in that price as they o bviously were so desperate for business, that when i teied to wriggle out of their offer they said they would include the updates in the price i paid... if i paid it immediately... they offered this as i also tried to get out the deal by saying my site was out of date and not ready for promotong on google and i was moving house... so they gave me 3 months in which to take their offer.

In short, when i ontacted them as agreed 4 weeks after i had moved to begin the process of them updating my site, which i expected would just take a day or two max... i gave them my ligin info and they said they could not access my site with that info. They also told me that they would not be able to put that page on google as it was a Flash website ( not true!) and instead they soad if i paid extra i cpuld have a new website... but they told me to choose a ready made template from Wordpress!

Firstly... i told them i dod not want a new website and did not like the standard Wordpress templates, and that if they were a design company as they promote themselves to be why couldn't they do my own design? These people are not designers at all obviously they are just geeks who know how to make a website with a ready made template that someone else has designed!
Secondly, After considering their offer i decided that if they were unable to deliver the service they had originally agreed to give me that it would be too complicated to get them to do a site for me and too time consuming for me, so i called to ask them if they could not do it, to give me a refund.

In short.
They have refused, and on top of that they refused using a lie for their reason why i could not get a refund. They told me because they had already done some work on it!
How? I asked them have you done work on my website if you do as you say not been able to access my website?

Tey then told me that my website would be on google within 48 hours despite the fact they dod not want to speak to me any more ( because i swore at the woman down the phone for plainly lying to me)!

I have since found out that my old web designer was totally able to access my website with the same info, so they were obviously lying about that too, probably to get me to do a website and hosting with them! If you type into Google SEO Scams, it then says that NOONE can guarantee that you come up on the first page of google unless you do Google Ads or unless you are google which they are not.

This company have got good reviews online vut obviously monitor their reviews to only leave the good ones. This company is NOT a design company and cannot deliver their promises.

In fact i have goven them one star. I would prefer not to gove them any but this review site does not allow it!

As it happens this is not the last they have heard of me, Thankfully i have taken advice from my solicitors and they are going against my
Statutory consumer rights, in the Sale of
Goods and Services act 1982. This supercedes any unfair terms and conditions that the company themselves have written... and they will be in for a shock as my solicitors will be in touch shortly... i am just waiting for the paperwork to be sorted.
