Bought a Ooze battery for delta cartridges from Smoke cartel, had it 2 months and screwed it onto the battery to charge it wouldn't even charge, unscrewed it from the charger and it literally came apart. Emailed them about it, they were no help, no exchange, no replacement, nothing so if you get something that tears up from them just beware they will NOT make it right. Waste of money!
I payed 80 for a vaporizer that doesn't even work on concentrates. Then you cant return the product when you can't return a product you know the company doesn't believe in the products they sell
I canceled my order an I was told I would get a refund in 3-5 days its been 2 months today and still nothing but back and forth between my bank and the company I feel like I got scammed. Hopefully I now purchase fully from (ganja-estates. Com) they handle things so easy.
They rooms weeks and weeks to even respond to me then a month after I order I finally get the one item (battery) and it's the wrong item. Legit will never order from this "company" again.
Don't buy from here the return address is fake and I can't get ahold of them for replacement. If you like buying broke stuff then this the place to buy find a more trusted source
I don't have a problem with their products or prices, but their shipping is boardering on unacceptable for a modern business. They have taken more than 5 business days to even package and ship my piece. And when I contacted their customer support department I was told that they deprioritize service claims that do not have a tracking number already.
Save your money, there are better online shops that you can find.
I ordered a vape battery. It wouldn't work. I made multiple attempts to contact them by phone snd email. They did respond to a couple of emails. I supplied them a video of the damaged product that they requested. And never heard another word from them. Avoid ordering from this company and find a reputable, customer friendly company to give your business to!
Bought their XVAPE rechargeable vape and after a couple weeks of experimenting with it I just couldn't get it to work well for me so contacted Smoke Cartel to return it for refund or exchange for a more expensive vape that might work better. They did respond in a timely manner but informed me that if they could tell it had been used they couldn't refund or exchange. REALLY? Exactly how do they expect someone to find out how it works without trying the product first? Any wonder Amazon is taking over the world with their no questions asked returns? Would not replace my glass piece that I paid an extra $45 to cover. These are scam artists. Go elsewhere. Claimed to refund the cost of warranty package to my account and never did.
I placed an order with Smoke Cartel for three items. All three items were received at the same time. One of the items is called a Pulsar Shift; which is a weed and wax vaporizer. I plugged in the Pulsar Shift to charge it. After being plugged in for over fifteen hours, the item will not charge or turn on. I contacted Smoke cartel via their customer service portal and received an email back from someone named Brian, asking me, "does it light up like it should when you are charging it?" In the interim, I logged into my account on the Smoke Cartel website and found that I am unable to process a return because they do not show the item having been delivered while the other two items from my order show delivered. There is something else I found to be troubling. Smoke Cartel's return policy states that they will not accept a return of an electronic product that has been opened. Therein lies the problem: how am I supposed to ascertain whether an electronic product functions properly unless I open it up and plug it in? This is an awful way to conduct business. At this point, my only recourse is to report the transaction to my credit card company. Conducting business online requires trust, and I do not trust that Smoke Cartel will do the "right thing" to rectify my order.
