I sent email to *******@smilebox.com and requested for full refund since cancelled free trial within 7-day free trial and credit of usd 47.88 was taken from my credit card but no reply. Is it a scamming, rip off company?

Smilebox is easy to use and the designs are creative. There are very few options, as you have to accept the fonts they offer, color choices, etc., but when you send them they always make an impression.

This program is easy and fun to use. I am not a professional photographer but enjoy taking photos of my grandchildren and the places we visit. This platform gives me a creative way to share my memories.

When Smilebox works it is wonderful but mine has ceased to function. I cannot edit or share any of my creations. I have been exchanging emails with the support office for the last 4 or 5 weeks and they still cannot help me solve it. I would be delighted to be able to say it was wonderful but in my case... it is not.

Great Ideas, with this app you can do various arrangements to create fabulous portraits of family and friends. You can have an loads of fun to share with the world. I had a friend do pictures of my son and have adored them from day one. I have decided to do a mural from his creation. I have decided also to do my pets and children in large murals for our home. What a great app this turned out to be.

Very easy application to work with and lots of great designs and music to choose from. I also like the option of choosing your own music. Enjoyed my free trial and may consider signing up long term if I have the need to use it more often, Cannot justify $47 dollars for 2x annually usage. Would very much like to see a pricing schedule for one time periodic use

I've been using Smilebox since 2008 for great animated greeting cards and slide shows. I love that it keeps a history of all your creations and that can access them to help you remember what you created for whom. It's one of those online programs that I wouldn't be without!

Signed up for a subscription thinking that I would be charged monthly (and would be able to cancel in a few months). Gave them my credit card info and they charged me over $80 (annual premium subscription price) without making it clear that I had to pay for the entire year of usage up front.
Also, the program is definitely not worth the money. There are better programs for creating cards/slideshows out there.

The site doesn't let you know that you have the option to pay an annual or monthly fee. It automatically charges the annual fee. Well, I only intended on using it for one month. I feel tricked and I hope they refund me but who knows with this site.

Have used this for several years now. I do have other programs for making more elaborate Slide Shows, but this is great for those fast, cute, quick put togethers. Love that we can use it for invitations - facebook covers, just about anything!

I love Smilebox! I have had a membership for almost 10 years and have done countless greeting cards, party invitations, year reviews, and trip slideshows. It is a fun, easy way to share my life through photos, words, creativity and music with those near and far with the click of a mouse. <3

I have just downloaded Smilebox and created my first video that I have sent to a friend via email, all for free. At the moment I give it four stars and reserve that fifth star after a little more experience, I have to say that I am very pleased with the result of my first attempt and still finding my way around the site. I am planning to go Pro eventually and take advantage of the extras that that provides. T D.

FYI: Smilebox won't let you purchase a monthly subscription, forces you into a year, saying you can always cancel early, and then to find out you won't refund the remaining subscription (It's hidden in their terms and conditions, is what I was told when I wrote to inquire about the status of my refund). That's bad business! Shame on you, Smilebox. I'd recommend you look somewhere else for this service.

I have a background in events and graphic design, so in theory I can create the exact invitation or card to suit any event, but I often turn to Smilebox. The selection is vast. The designs are quality and user friendly. I really like Smilebox and my family, friends, and clients love it too.
