I was looking for an inexpensive way to spread some holiday joy without having to go the post office.
In my search for an e-card I came across smilebox. It quickly turned in to a done deal with it's ease of use, cost effectiveness, versatile and beautiful templates.
Smile box will be my go to for the next year!
I love this app, I've downloaded it 5 years ago, then I got a new computer and forgot the name of this app, I've struggled to create designs since then. This week I found an old flash drive and there it was, smilebox. Exe! I'm really happy cause everything is so beautiful and easy to use! Thank you guys!
I've been struggling to create a DVD and found Smilebox online. Believe me it is amazing and I signed up for the monthly service (it's very inexpensive and well worth the price) and will never worry about how I'm going to share videos, photos, etc. Thanks for a great service.
This website is such a fun place to spend my morning creating cards and videos. Sharing options are awesome. I can post to Facebook, email a friend, or print cards on my own printer. I haven't ordered anything to be printed yet, but I'm sure the quality would be much better than my inkjet printer. Options to change the colors of cards, add photos, or add music is great. I highly recommend using this company.
At less than four bucks per month, this is a pretty good deal--you get lots of artistic options for sharing with family and friends, and the online sharing options allow comments underneath. I'll be able to update the family across the globe, and the kids enjoy the creative process, too. Good bye lame and cheesy e-cards! For older family members without consistent internet access, the printing/DVD burning options are fantastic. Cheaper per month than a couple of Hallmark cards.
This is a great tool to have on the computer, although I would say that with all of the free options available out there it would be nice to have a few new invitation designs coming through more often for the price that is paid. There needs to be more options in 'common' themes for kids parties such as mermaid, pirate, princess, disco, fairy etc.

I used smilebox for 1 day and then wanted to cancel my subscription. When I went to cancel it, it said that it would end after the subscription, which is one year! It seems no refunds are available though they talk about refund requests on their site! This is unacceptable behavior in today's online world where refunds are expected if one wishes to cancel their service
I particularly like the addition of more options that do not require photos. I don't always have new or good photos to add, but I like friends and family to get an email greeting. It still feels personal and special just for them.
Smilebox has been a great resource for creating quality newsletters for my Kindergarten classroom. I have gotten amazing feedback from both the parents and my administrators by using this site. The variety of layouts, flexibility in number of photo inserts, abundance of music, color and font choices makes this product truly personal and exciting for everyone who views it. I also love the fact that I can see who has viewed it, and receive comments and feedback directly. In addition, the fact that email addresses stay private is a plus for the school setting. Thanks for a great product, and I look forward to more designs and continued use in the future! (Spell check would be a nice addition, because I typically have to cut and paste into a word document to be certain everything is perfect.)
Hundreds of choices to make photos into awesome presentations! For those of us who would like to create beautiful memories of our photos, this is an awesome site. I've used Smile Box for years and never once had any problems. I love it!
Yes, I've been a member of Smilebox for a lot of years and still enjoy making them and sending to friends and family. Always get compliments. Really enjoy using my own music and almost always do. It's a fun site and a great way to stay in touch with those you care about who aren't close by anymore.
I have utilized smilebox for the last two or three years to send along birthday greetings, anniversary thoughts, and just because moments. My friends and family look forward to my monthly updates of what is going on in my life. Music with pictures along with comical comments. Best way to keep in touch with the people I love.
If YOU don't have SmileBox, you might be lacking some essential vitamins! Get SmileBox and really PERK up your attitude. You won't regret it! They really know how to do it up right. Love the various templates. I just wish that all the fonts could be enlarged or reduced. There is a preset limit to the font size on some of the wording, which makes them very hard to read on the invitations. Otherwise, it's very easy to use, and I would definitely use Smilebox again. Thank you!
Beautiful selection of designs and love the ability to input our own selection of music. Wish it was cheaper to have them printed on card stock or photo paper, but will easily allow you to do this in the convenience of your own home or submit to a store for pick up.
It's the perfect way to print or send a personalized card or video. Not only can your express your feelings in words and with pictures, but you can even add music of your choice. I have subscribed to several online card services, but when I want something really special, I use Smilebox!
Love the various design and music options as well as the available address database. Thanks so much for making the creation process so stress free. I feel that what I send out to family and friends is a high standard of design quality. They love receiving my announcements and invites.

Even if you don't choose to use it as your main scrapbooking tool, there are thousands upon thousands or ideas to use for other things. The first design I ever created was for my daughter in law's baby shower. My son was overseas and it was a great gift to send via email and also print out for a keepsake.
Absolutely wonderful templates for all occasions that you can personalize with your photos. You can make from invitations, to scrapbooks, awards certificates and many, many more great ideas. Highly recommended.
Great idea and fun to use. Could use a little more detail in how to put a slideshow together. I kept getting the website music throughout the process and could not here the different music choices when I was trying to test them also program would not download my contacts from google. Had to enter them manually (not a big thing though)
Other than that LOVE IT!
