They will charge you a full year right off the bat! Try to cancel and they will not refund! They charge the next year even though I canceled and they refuse to refund me again! Worst business!
I have just started using it, but it's easy to use already. It's easy to upload the photos and videos. I'm about to restart it because I just downloaded the Apple Quicktime.
I have used Smile box before, this time was some confusing, but I finally figured it out, however I was unable to use some of the pictures I wanted to add to this for my neice''s new shop, I wanted to copy some of her pictures on it for her.
This program is great I sent my christmas card online this year, so easy. I am looking foprward to birthday cards this year. The program is easy to use.
This is the easiest slideshow software I have used and the product is robust as well. Sharing the slideshow you have created is also seamless. The product is well worth the cost.

It is absolutely shocking and incredibly devious that Smilebox hides its automatic renewal policy in its Terms of Service and Terms of Use when these statements should be CLEARLY VISIBLE to customers. I am based in South Africa and this practice is ILLEGAL here and is protected by law. I cannot believe that Smilebox operates by means of such shady business practices.
When I complained to their support center, I was advised that they would not refund me because a "reminder" was sent to me... This is an extract of the email that I received:

It says that my membership is ABOUT to expire but, in the line below, that Smilebox had already tried to deduct payment from my account. How exactly is this giving me the option to renew my subscription?!

Good. Smilebox is cool. A little expensive, but the repetoire is broad & there is some important tools, fex. You can save your creation. Smilebox is ok.
