I have used Smilebox for at least 10 years. I have a premium membership and send/post a creation at least once a month. My wife and I travel full time in our RV.

So easy to use and share. Photos with descriptions put to music. With little effort you can summarize an event or holiday or any album concisely and put to any music you wish.

I signed up for an annual subscription just in time to email Christmas cards. What I got was a product that is mobile unresponsive, which they know but don't bother to inform you at the time of purchase. This service is of no use to me if it can't be viewed on smartphones so I complained and requested a full refund of my subscription. After really slow customer service response time (it took them 3 days to respond to my initial complaint) and not addressing my issue, I was informed that my 7-day trial expired before I made my request so they wont refund my subscription. In fact, I made my request 5 business days after I joined and it would have been sooner had they replied earlier. The trial terms do not specify whether the 7 days are business days or calendar days. Their very own customer service page indicates that they "are not open over the weekend or on major holidays, so replies may be delayed outside of the hours listed above. Since Smilebox doesnt offer 24/7 customer service, then they shouldnt count weekends and holidays towards the trial period. What a double standard! 17 calendar days later or 9 business days, however you want to count it, Im still fighting them to get back my $47.88.
Looking at other reviews of Smilebox around the web, I can see they have a reputation for deceptive accounting practices and horrible customer service. Outdated products will now be added to the growing list of complaints against Smilebox.
So quick and easy to make memories that I can share with family living abroad and around the UK, can make them individual for recipients, just love it

I spent many hours trying to do a slideshow. Very difficult and no support and directions are misleading. They are deliberate in how they confuse you or trick you to upgrading. Buyer beware.
Smilebox is just THE GREATEST! Especially if you become a Premium Member for a very modest fee. You can be as creative as you want... saves you time, money and makes an extra special thoughtful gift.
If you ever try Smilebox you won't live without it. I send Christmas cards, birthday, and thank you notes with just a few minutes of work, because smilbox makes it EASY.
