Smilebox is a tremendous tool for sharing School Field Trips and Science Experiments, it is magnificent for Family Celebrations and Trips and capturing our Grandkid's Sporting Events. We love the ease of use, we like being able to add a short video and we love 400 pictures options. We like multiple color options and your music or adding our own. This is a tremendous sharing tool! We mostly use the slideshow options, but like the postcards and the thank yous too! This is the absolutely best to share 100s of pictures with others. Blessings, Pam
I LOVE Smilebox, because of the ease of uploading personal photos, text, and music. The Smilebox program, however, has a large selection of music within the program. This is the best eCard site I have ever seen.
I have a new 27" iMac. In the migration of my stuff from old iMac to new iMac I have lost all of my iPhoto 08 pictures. Smilebox can not find them and neither can I. Some of my pictures are "In the Cloud" and Smilebox can not find them either. The Apple wireless key board does not work, so I bought a key board from London Drugs.
When I noticed that my account was double charged of $47.88, I sent an email to the support team to tell them and hoping they would refund the duplicate charge. Their customer support Steve sent me an email acknowledging they receive my email, but telling me I created two accounts, no mention of the refund at all. After receiving his email, I sent multiple emails back to tell him/support team that I didn't intend to create two accounts, the second email Steve listed for the 2nd account was not valid email account, and wanted to cancel the 2nd Smilbox account and request refund of $47.88 for the 2nd account, I never receive any response back. I only used 5 cards for 2015 Christmas season, but I have been charged of $95.76 ($47.88@2), I never see such expensive E-CARD!

I take pictures all the time. We have 19 grandchildren and I make a scrapbook after each birthday party. My grand kids love to see their parties replayed over and over on the computer.
I use SmileBox exclusively for sending greetings by email, Facebook, printing and YouTube! It's simple, with step by step instructions! For birthdays, congrats, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day and I plan to use it for the 4th of July... Thanks SmileBox!
I am not very good at doing things on the web or using downloaded programs; but smilebox is so easy to use and has something for every occasion I love it.

Easy to create with great design and music selections. Had trouble sending via email but I am not sure why yet. Maybe I had too many address at one time. Still figuring it out.
