List themselves as being based in Canada - don't believe it, they are a Hong Kong based company. Ordered a Targus Ipad case as they are about the best on the market, what arrived was a cheap Chinese copy that might with luck survive 2 weeks of light use - not only that but they have the gall to expect ME to pay for tracked return postage from the UK to Canada which is nearly as much as I paid for the damn' thing!

Ordered a genuine LG case and what eventually arrived was an extremely poor generic copy. Total Fraudsters.

I am really disappointed.
I ordered a Apple light pink silicone case for iPhone 6s on february 9th. It has arrived on march 13th. More than a month despite the website ensures a delivery time of max 3 weeks.
All this waiting for a fake case. The camera cut is ruined as well as the apple logo on the back (it protudes, it isn't hollow) and the inner fabric is unsticked from the silicone.

This is the biggest ripoff. I ordered an Apple Smart case and got this fake junk. You think you are buying a genuine product from a company based here in the USA. It is from Hong Kong and a FAKE. 100% fake. I even paid for expedited shipping but got my item more than two weeks later. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

My order did come in time, so iam happy. I did even got a track and trace code, so i could follow my order.

My son spent his hard saved money on buying specialty Pokemon cards from these scam artist. They were not real. They were discolored faded and not even wrapped right! Dont become a victim!

Do not buy from these guys! Only 8 cards in a pack! Damaged and fake card. Don't waste your time and money!

People are complaining about "fake Pokemon cards" yet it is obvious what you are buying seeing as the Japanese ones cost over $110 and they are selling 360 cards for $30. Don't be greedy and stupid. If everyone is selling the cards for over $100USD you know very well there is a reason some are being sold for $30. Seriously. If you just want a set of Pokemon cards to pay with and it isn't important that you have the best of the best, buy a cheap set, if you are so concerned about getting the collectible cards then put your hand in your pocket and pay for them. That's my opinion.

Paid £15 for a 5XL shirt knowing it was coming from the far east and sizes would be small. I'm normally 2XL... so I expected it to fit... so disappointed. It wouldn't fit my son who is 12

Is there a way to take legal steps against this faking company, this is sick! I puchased a Pokemon Sun and Moon booster box and every single card is fake and damaged.

I shop online alot and it's rare that I go out of my way to find a place to give a seller a negative feedback - and this one made me do it.

Bought a Plantronics handsfree from this bunch that was advertised as "new without packaging" but what was received turned out to be obviously well used and even comes equipped with filthy grime from somebody's sweat accumulation filling up the cavities on the device.

Demanding a refund via Paypal is a painstaking and long process still to be concluded at the time of writing and they would not refund me the return postage which is significant.

Stay away.

I bought a Apple smart case and was not a real Apple case didn't even work like the real one. Returned case and bought another one at Best Buy for 74 open box so worth it! Lesson learned

This website lists an American address on their website (Silverdale, WA). After I placed my order, I noticed the shipping company was from Hong Kong. I sent a message asking for a refund, and got a reply saying no. I also ordered an Otterbox like the person below. I coulda ordered this on eBay for the same price, and would have already received it. Now I have to wait 15 freakin business days to get it. If I get this case and smell a rat like the person below, I'm calling MasterCard and disputing the charge.

Waited three weeks for this chap case after being told by them that it was supplied to them as genuine Otterboxes. Marks and scores, Bubbling inner surface of rear cover. Screen protector too big for its frame which made it bulge up with lots of fresh air between it and the phones glass screen. The soft inner face of the rear cover was blistered and the outer surround was made of a hard plastic rather than a soft silicone one. Very very poor and I can't be arsed asking for a refund as it took three weeks to get to me. Sent from Hong Kong via Malta with a price of 15 American dollars on the envelope. I paid £25 British pounds. Please stay away from this bunch of crooks. I am sending my case and findings to Otterbox in the hope that they send me an original (Samsung Galaxy S7 edge). Buyer beware.

Ordered two Otterbox Defender cases from this site, took 3 weeks to arrive and clearly not genuine Otters. Buttons don't line up.

We aren't happy with this product! We didn't know the cards were coming from Hong Kong. We fully expected the cards to be real. We can tell they are fake because cosmoem has an HP of 910. The cards are glossy. There aren't supposed to include megas, but they do. Sun and moon set only has 149 cards in the set but the mega venusaur says it's #2/108. Carvanha is not from sun and moon but it was in the pack. The cosmoem also said an attack of 50+ but on the description it just says switch this Pokémon with one of your benches Pokémon. The list goes on and on. Hoping to resell these to people who don't care so we can make some money back. DONT BUY from THEM!

Slow shipping package completely damaged. Horrible!

I ordered an otterbox for an iPad. When I ordered the website looked legit. However, after ordering I found out the company is based out of Hong Kong. I attempted to cancel the order before it shipped, but when I tried to log in again the password I put in (which was the correct one) was allegedly incorrect and the website would not let me have access to my account. Eventually the product came and as I opened the package the plastic it was in was broken and cracked. When I took the otterbox out of the package I immediately noticed the otterbox logo was not correct and the rubber outside was very cheaply made and coming apart from the hard plastic part. The product was obviously not legitimate. I immediately contacted the company to call them out on their faked product. Save the trouble and money and stay away, unless you want to pay full price for a knock off product.

Products are not legit customer service contacts are not legitimate they ask you to wait so they can handle all the scams they manage every day. THE POSITIVE reviews are FAKE
