Waited three weeks for this chap case after being told by them that it was supplied to them as genuine Otterboxes. Marks and scores, Bubbling inner surface of rear cover. Screen protector too big for its frame which made it bulge up with lots of fresh air between it and the phones glass screen. The soft inner face of the rear cover was blistered and the outer surround was made of a hard plastic rather than a soft silicone one. Very very poor and I can't be arsed asking for a refund as it took three weeks to get to me. Sent from Hong Kong via Malta with a price of 15 American dollars on the envelope. I paid £25 British pounds. Please stay away from this bunch of crooks. I am sending my case and findings to Otterbox in the hope that they send me an original (Samsung Galaxy S7 edge). Buyer beware.

This website lists an American address on their website (Silverdale, WA). After I placed my order, I noticed the shipping company was from Hong Kong. I sent a message asking for a refund, and got a reply saying no. I also ordered an Otterbox like the person below. I coulda ordered this on eBay for the same price, and would have already received it. Now I have to wait 15 freakin business days to get it. If I get this case and smell a rat like the person below, I'm calling MasterCard and disputing the charge.

I shop online alot and it's rare that I go out of my way to find a place to give a seller a negative feedback - and this one made me do it.

Bought a Plantronics handsfree from this bunch that was advertised as "new without packaging" but what was received turned out to be obviously well used and even comes equipped with filthy grime from somebody's sweat accumulation filling up the cavities on the device.

Demanding a refund via Paypal is a painstaking and long process still to be concluded at the time of writing and they would not refund me the return postage which is significant.

Stay away.

I ordered an otterbox for an iPad. When I ordered the website looked legit. However, after ordering I found out the company is based out of Hong Kong. I attempted to cancel the order before it shipped, but when I tried to log in again the password I put in (which was the correct one) was allegedly incorrect and the website would not let me have access to my account. Eventually the product came and as I opened the package the plastic it was in was broken and cracked. When I took the otterbox out of the package I immediately noticed the otterbox logo was not correct and the rubber outside was very cheaply made and coming apart from the hard plastic part. The product was obviously not legitimate. I immediately contacted the company to call them out on their faked product. Save the trouble and money and stay away, unless you want to pay full price for a knock off product.
