I Bought movie tickets online and a pop up came up saying you can receive 15 in cash back I accidentally clicked on it and it sent me to another link I exited out quickly than I was charged 3 times. I tried to cancel I even talked to someone online he said he canceled it and would refund me. I only got back 3 bucks like wtf? Be very careful on clicking things. I'm going to be cancelling my card so they can't continue taking money from me...

I don't even know how I signed up for it. They charge me a total of $38 over 2 months. Superhard to track them down to cancel. I had to go through different reviews and I was able to get a phone number from there. The only refunded me $19 not the full

This site is a scam just took money from my account yesterday I didn't purchase anything or never heard about this before

I have had £19 taken monthly from my ac account, from December to may. This is a scam, i have my bank investigating all my transactions.

Did not know I joined, can not get out without jumping through hoops, sure wish they made it as this hard to join as they make it to quit and Ebay is the one helping them(if I go to site and you advertise them I count you as much to blame as smartyscam)

Was billed $19.00 per month for the membership in addition to $16.00 for other fees?Canceled membership!

If you get charged £20 you can get on the app £20 back for the payment the immediately make sure your not apart of subscription + on profile on smartycashback then delete your account if you dont get your money bank call up fraud team on your bank they should get your money back if you leave it it would cost you ALOT OF MONEY IF YOU DONT

I bought movie tickets and was directed to Smarty to get $15 back on my purchase. Well a week later I got a message from my bank for a fraudulent purchase of $19 to Smarty. Wish I had researched the company beforehand!

Whatever you do, do NOT click on any offers or cashbacks from this company. This company will NOT give you a cashback, but rather, will steal your money. If you purchase something and see a Smarty offer, do NOT fall for it!

They have no human sympathy, almost destroyed my life and never wanted to allow me withdraw after taking so much from me, glad i got all my money back with the aid of BR0AD0/AK-CAPITAL.C0M they really saved me.

I shop online for Walmart and Krogers thru Instacart. I don't really even recall this place I recall. Sonethibg about a coupon. Uber eats had some coupon offers as well. I never submitted one but looked at something maybe these legit companies have my info supposedly secured. Then boom I m getting charged by donevvipuon place. First,3 charge I didn't even see ilunyik the 19.99. Today not a company wuhh association it owned by this place just took another 15.09. That's so outifik and illegal. I am personally filing complaints to little rock police abd the fraud dept of the FBI. I am elderly this caruues stiffer penalties hopefully they can shop these predators im syre going to try and help them

There's a number you can call to reverse any money they steal from your account. They took $22 from mine after I bought movie tickets online, they piggybacked off that purchase to get my account info. Disgraceful.

I have no idea how they got my details. I never created an account or authorised any payments. In this day and age surely banks could put something in place whereby they send an email or message to your online banking and u have to activate authorisation with bio metrics! I can not take screenshots of my bank statements but they have been regular stealing at least 19 pounds a month

I have no idea how this company obtained my name or my credit card number. For almost a year, I have had my credit card charged $19.00/mo, in addition to several $3/00/mo, for absolutely nothing! I am a 78 year-old senior who definitely cannot afford this ruse. Be aware of anything having to do with Smarty Cash Back!

I never signed up for no smarty cash not ever have I heard of this company. I have no idea how they got my debit card info they just tried to take $3 from my account, thankfully I always keep my cards locked! How can I find these folks?

This company is run by Indians with the same mentality they show to most people,why aren't these staff vetted and watched more seriously?

An add popped up and I declined it. Found out in later months I have been being charged a total of $79 dollars. I called up, the man I spoke to was very dismissive and tried to tell me that there was no money being purchased and once I told him that I had screenshots and a total of $79 missing that went into this "compony" he found it. He said that he'd refund the money and cancel my "subscription" and once I asked him his name he said it and hung up on me. Very rude. They know it's a scam and when they are faced with proof they run away. I will be calling back if I don't see money back in my account in a few days!

I don't know how they got my credit card and charged $19/month for many months in 2022. I called *******557 and they refunded one month, but pocketed the other $190.
Why does BBB not acting to stop these crooks.

I never signed up for this and they have been charging me since October of 2022! I don't even know what it is! Super upset that companies get your info and feel free to take the initiative to sign you up for their service. NO WAY did I ask for this $19.00 a month! No way I did this.
