Booked ticket a month ago for a low fare had confirmation # and i.d. number leaving for my trip tomorrow and there is no ticket called smart fare and they said my ticket went up in fare and would not issue my ticket at what I paid. They said they called and emailed several times which they didn't. Now I have no ticket and they are charging me a cancelation fee of $50 for a flight they say I did not book or as they it was booked but now I'm canceling it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A FRAUD!
Be very careful with this crap page, today they wanted to scam me and they still haven't returned my money! They made me pay for a ticket that was worth $204, then (5 minutes later) they told me it had gone up, to $298.12 and when I paid the $298.12 amount they told me I had to pay an EXTRA $265 if I wanted my ticket. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, they want to rob people, THEY HAVE NOT YET GIVEN MY MONEY BACK

After finding out I was charged 2 times I asked for a refund. I was told yes you would get a refund of the money but it would take 7 to 14 days. I was not happy about the time it took, so I expressed my dissatisfaction of this. I was told if I argue with the person I was talking to then he will make sure it would take anything up to 1 year. I put the phone down and dis continued the conversation. My bank has taken up the situation now with yourselves.
