No tuve una asesoria QUE ME AYUDARA en la tramitacion de mi solicitud

I got book a flight ticket but could not get confirmed because of some selltrick from airlines that set the price down but when i purchased so need to pay double price. I contact smartfares service center to get my money back, they could do it immediately. Thank you

I have tried to do separate booking for me and my miner daughter.then I stacked with my daughter booking.but I got help from the costumers service online.they were capable to join the 2 booking together on less than 40 minutes.thank you

At first when I went to the airline website (to order vegetarian meal) I could not find a record and it would not accept my ticket number SmartFares gave me. It was missing the first 3 digitt identifying the airline. When that was added, Airline found the reservation and all is good.

It was easy to find and book my flight. It was also good with following up with my flight hours change on my way back home

I found their website easy to buy the advertised ticket... only to be told later that the ticket wasnt available!
Theyre selling cheap tickets that they can not provide, then offer you another fair for $600 per person more!

The second I paid for my flight it got rejected and I was asked to call you on the phone. I had a really bad day wondering if I had just lost my money to a scam website.
The customer support was good. However the problem lied under them not giving me any certainty until after 5pm when I reached out through the website chat and Karson sent me a HANDWRITTEN email with my confirmation that I could check in with Iberia.

A simple email with your website letterhead would have sufficed to make me feel calm.

Send your customers a frigging company email with the information about their flight whether it is confirmed or not and once they "secure" the reservation as they assured me over and over again on the phone, SEND A FRICKING EMAIL TO CONFIRM AND KEEP THE PASSENGER AT EASE!

I felt I was being robbed until I got the ticket. Do not FRIGGING do this again.

All the information was showing that I'm booking in my location not knowing that this is American website, after the payment shows I'm paying in my local currency and on of a sudden the payment add multiple charges and when I called the local number provided they said is a site from US. Ticket was R19,040 and I was charged R*******?

It was good experience with smartfares, easy and reliable.It has become my best option so far.

THE CLERK WHO ATTENDED ME IN SPANISH WAS VERY KIND, AND TRIED ALL THE TIME TO BE HELPFULL IN MY RESERVATION, REVIEWING ALL THE DATA IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY FUTURE PROBLEMS WITH MY FLIGHT. VERY NICE AND PROFESIONAL GUY. IM HAPPY WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE.

Unfortunately, after I completed the ticket order (Link via Booking website), and received an order number, I received a message that the order was not completed and that the company should be contacted.
After contacting them, they said that the prices had definitely increased and that they would have to pay an additional fee.
Due to lack of experience and a desire to finish the process, we finally agreed (note that the agent, after talking to a manager, slightly reduced the additional fee). At the end, they said that within 3 hours we would receive the order and flight tickets... This was on 22.11.224 and until today, 26.11.14, we are waiting for the order confirmation and contact them almost every day to find out what is happening and they said that it is still in the process.
Very unfortunate and regrettable.
