First of all, I did not want a flexible ticket, and when it was confirmed on my website, it had added the flexible fare. Secondly, you sent me a note about confirmation. You never confirmed my ticket, I just took a screenshot of my own order with the reservation code at the time of order. The mail you sent me was to have me confirm or disconfirm if my order had come through. If I hadn't received a confirmation, I had no option. But to send a note to your customer email, which I did. The email you said I could use could not be used. I tried several time and had the right mail address. It came back saying I could not use the mail. Very bad service, but I have my reservation number only because I took a screenshot of my own order. I would ask to have the flexible fare part returned, but I fear yet again not to hear from you. I won't use your services again if there is no positive response to my request. I suspect you have sent text to my home phone since that is the only phone you got from me, but sending text to a home phonet is of course not possible. That is also why I gave you my email address. Wouldn't use Smartfares! We recently booked two business class tickets for specific dates and carrier through a comparison site from Australia to Spain and was redirected to Smartfares which we purchased after checking if they were legitimate. We booked, paid, received confirmation and within an hour received a call from San Diego saying there weren't any more seats on the day/flight but if we could switch dates, they could book seats BUT more expensive. Long story short both through the comparison site, direct to the carrier and on Smartfares the dates we originally booked continue to have cheaper fares listed, with "only four seats left" on Smartfares and this is over a week later. We've complained on the same day and asked for the difference in fare cost between what we paid and what's "still available" but nothing except "I've never seen this happen before" from the call center guy.

Compre boletos para mi familia pero posteriormente me cobraron un sobrecosto para un trayecto. Debido a que no estuve de acuerdo, la solución de SmartFares fue cancelar todas las reservas. Si venden un servicio y cobran lo incorrecto deben asumir el error, no el cliente.

Easy booking and no stress at all!

Booking with SmartFares was honestly smooth as hell. Found a dope price that beat all the other sites I checked. The process was mad simple, no weird hidden fees or anything sketchy. Got my confirmation fast, and everything was good to go for my trip. Customer service hit back quick too when I had a question. Would def use it again when I travel next time.

When I first checked my planned all-inclusive trip's costs for 2 x Adults + 2 x 'Extras Options' on ykza. Smartfares. Com, I was quoted R46,929.29 in total, plus I also had to pay another $180.85 USD to have my surname corrected from VAN RENSBU to VAN RENSBURG. However, when I checked the converted ZAR Rand - $ USD charge made to my Credit Card it amounted to R53,896.00 (i. E. R3.513.09 more than the R50,382.91 anticipated)... So, this means that one should not trust the converted currency quoted without checking it with your Bank first.
