I then receive an e-mail stating that my reservation was not confirmed and I had to call Smartfares to verify my booking. The operative then tells me that the flight I had booked has'nt been released yet (Christmas 2025) and that particular flight would be £1450 each.I informed the operative that it's illegal to offer flights that are'nt available and refund my money immediately.It took 3 days to refund my money. Avoid this company at all costs
