Bad, After the payment I had a hidden charge about a "Seats selections" that I never selected. I had to call, send emails, s lot of stressful situations in order to ask for that refund is 120 usd for a couple of seats. After that, I saw several reviews in Google and seems that it is an usual practice from your side. Is kind of a scam.

It was told to me that before 24 hours of the time of reservation any cancellation is with no charge. It was told on the page of my booking for an international flight but when I called they weren't responsible for the misinformation! If the cancellation is for domestic flights why they post it on the page of an international flight? I wasn't convinced at all!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
