SmartFares asked me about my seat preferences. I didn't realize it was going to charge me extra for seat selection. Very sneaky tactic and very short term thinking to retain customers.

The booking experience itself was good, the variety of options is really good. But I can't understand the difference between the proposed additional options. E.g. There are 3 proposals for cancellation- re- booking insurance, and no clear differentiation in between them.
Zero experience as I have been issued ticket and my money has been deducted from my card and I am standing at the airport
