I thank the company for the good work and support. I was able quickly to book a plane ticket and resolve all my quiections. I wish SmartFares success and prosperity in the New Year.

The website was easy to use and I was able to find the best fare for my destination. Booking was simple and I received a confirmation soon after my booking.

It took 2 tries to make the reservation. But otherwise it was easy and quick.
I'm unsure what next steps are though, since I've received by booking confirmation, but they got our passport information etc. so not sure when that needs to be updated.

I book my reservation through the web site in $CAD and I was charged on my credit card in US$. I paied more than what was shown on the web site.
I don't recommand to buy ticket through the web site.

All is good to get resrvation code of my flights. But still I got only the reservation code. Kindly make it clear to the customer that booking and reservation is similar. When flights tickets will come

Made reservation... was informed within minutes that reservation was sent to airline; status pending... went to sleep... woke up in the morning with email that airline confirmed... went to airline website, checked with reservation #... everything looked fine. Leaving in 3 days.

Booked my flight literally within less than a minute. User-friendly interface helped loads.

Overall was good and easy to navigate through your website to find a best deal possible.
In the past we have used Smart fair and has been good. Although I had a situation with cancellation issue due to my Borther got sick and couldn't make the trip and they weren't accommodating to help. When it comes to cancellation that might be challenge to get someone to help you.

I bought a ticket and purchased the bag option. Then, when I got to the airport in Antalya, Turkiye, they said I did not purchase the bag. I tried calling Smart Fares from the airport on my internet phone but was on hold for such a long time that when they did answer I got disconnected because the internet had a 30 min limit. I ended up having my roaming calls cut off 5 different times going through customs & immigration. When I finally talked to a Rep, he informed me that I needed to call back and order my bag separately as the option was only for lost or delayed baggage. So, it cost me $263 for my bag. I asked the Rep why I would get baggage insurance if I didn't pay for a bag. That's SmartFares Policy. WHAT A WORTHLESS COMPANY! THE AMOUNT OF MONEY AND AGGRAVATION SPENT ON ROAMING CALLS AND A BAG BECAUSE OF THEIR DECEPTIVE POLICY ENSURES THEY WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANY OF MY INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS AGAIN.

It took forever to receive my ticket and booking information, i had to get on the smart fares chat help multiple times across multiple hours to receive it. I also had to pay an extra 150 dollars after purchasing the ticket.
