90% of the time they have the best price (sometimes the hotel have discounts on their own website). They helped us when we had any trouble at all, also used them to rent a car and even for hotel taxi. "Genius" feature gives very good treats, like room upgrades or free breakfast. Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
