I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I booked a ticket on 23 August for €526.11, but later an additional amount was charged without clear justification. When I contacted customer service, I only received vague explanations about "currency conversion fees," and no proper resolution was offered. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. I was forced to continue with my reservation because of my commitments, but I will never deal with this company again. I will also be leaving negative reviews on every platform to warn others about my experience.

I have made.purchasing a ticket online for good price but unfortunlty i got the call saying that parice was changed on my back ticket i was so disappointed

I bought my tickets in a price, two days after was asked for an extra fee which I disagree to pay because I don't think it is appropriate to sell something at a price and then ask for more money, it is actually a very bad practice and kind of dishonest.
I called and was told I will receive a refund but the charge was 50 dollars which is also unacceptable, then I was told the refund would be for the full amount but didn't get either refund or confirmation.
I don't think the practices of your company are honest

I am beyond disappointed. I booked my first flight with SMARTFARES from Madrid to SriLanka because the rate was really good. I bough 4 tickets, for my husband, my 2 kids and myself. I got an email saying that the booking had to be confirmed from the airline. I never received a confirmation email from the airline. It's been 5 days and SMARTFARES hasn't follow up, hasn't giving me any option, any security that they will refund the money…. I am FUMING. Why do you put this cheap fares if you have not confirmation from the airlines? If you don't refund me the money I am going to sue you so badly.

When I was done with the booking, I was asked to choose one of the various booking sites and options, when I chose this site, I paid close to R2000 more than the displayed fare. It was really misleading and unfair as the flight was displayed for one amount and then I paid 15% more than displayed. I felt cheated and wish hidden fees were displayed for me to choose. Else I would have booked right from the airline itself.

Excellent! We used it previously to book our accommodations travelling etc when we went to USA.
