"I had a very bad experience with this company. I agreed on a price through their website, but when I proceeded to pay, they added a 45% surcharge. After arguing with customer service for a long time, they only refunded a very small portion of that extra cost. I will NEVER book with this company again. Be careful with their hidden fees."
It makes it seem like if I dont fill out the satisfaction survey, then the confirmation of payment is somehow voided, which is why I'm filling this out just in case. Which is counter intuitive to your reason for sending this hoping for positive feedback. But when it is forced or suggestive, it's not great service.

Easy to buy a ticket even though there're a lot of adds they want to sell to you
I did not receive the confirmation from my purchase. I had to call and request it. Afterwards, I noticed I had two confirmations.
Good enough. I had problems with the payment. And first they tried to make me pay more…. But finnily the operador found a solution.
I don't fully trust the site I've been $#*!ed over so many times by bull$#*! $#*! travel websites but everything seems to be in order but I swear to god if it comes time for me to take this flight and Alaska airlines has No record of me I'm going to kill myself and you all will be solely responsible.

Bad experience. After I bought the plane ticket, they called me saying I had to pay an additional $100 for other airport fees. I don't agree with this.

Original booking included checked baggage. Issued ticket did not include checked baggage. I had taken screen shots showing that checked baggage was included. SmartFares tried to get me to accept half the cost of the checked baggage. I refused and SmartFares eventually fully covered the cost of checked baggage.
Waiting to see that the Economy Fare, which includes one checked bag, is honored for this flight.
