When doing online booking with the evidence of a screenshot of the right name and confirmation number. All of a sudden in the next email, wrong spelling of the name in the ticket confirmation. I called in center request for correction. Extra charge $150 US! After discussion, the centre offer discount for charging $99US extra!

This was my first time booking through SmartFares instead of my usual third-party site or directly though the main airline itself, and unfortunately, it turned into a very frustrating and difficult experience. Based on what I went through, I do not plan to use their service again. I made two separate reservations: one for myself and my son to travel together, and another just for me on my return flight. Issue #1 – Flight Change Difficulties
On my first reservation, I noticed that the destinations were switched (I needed PLS KIN, but it was booked as KIN PLS). The airline told me I had to make changes through SmartFares. On live chat, Levi first quoted me over $200 to make the change, even though the airline's website showed a lower fee. When I called SmartFares, a phone agent told me $45, which I agreed to, but then he suddenly raised it to over $300, blaming "distraction with another customer." Thankfully, Levi eventually reduced the fee to just over $100, which was still frustrating but better than the inconsistent quotes I kept getting. Issue #2 – Return Ticket Not Confirmed
For my return flight, SmartFares charged my card right away and sent me a reservation number. However, hours later there was still no confirmation. When I checked with the airline, they had no record of my booking. SmartFares admitted the booking was "not confirmed" and asked me to wait. Without my consent, they put an authorization hold on my card and emailed me to "confirm the amount," but the email said they would also charge an additional balance — even though I had already paid in full. Later, another agent claimed my fare was "no longer available" and that I would need to pay an extra $300–$400, which was unacceptable since it was their mistake. Finally, when I called directly, Oscar was able to step in and confirm my ticket at the original rate. Conclusion:
While I appreciate both Levi and Oscar for their help, the overall experience was stressful, time-consuming, and filled with inconsistent information and pricing. I should not have been quoted three different amounts for the same change, charged without a confirmed booking, or told I had to pay hundreds more because of SmartFares' errors. I cannot recommend SmartFares and strongly suggest booking directly with the airline or a more reliable travel site.
My card was turned down for some reason on the first time of me making a booking, but no feedback from yourselves!, so without any acknowledgment from you I retried 10 minutes later and all went through ok
The booking was seamless and the price i got the ticket at was reasonable. The booking confirmation came within a few minutes of completing the process. A follow up email of my experience came the following day seamlessly
