Very dissapointed with the service. An exsortinate amount to add a bag on. I have never expereinced this in all my time booking flights. Extra bag a third of the cost of the flight for two people. Absoluetly crazy!

SmartFares found a great flight at a great price, but after the booking went through and verified it was accurate on airlines own site, I received a call telling me they would have to cancel our flights unless we paid more money. They said the airline would no longer honor that fare. They eventually agreed to take less than they first asked for, which was still well below the airline's price, but it was a very frustrating experience.

I went to check into my flight and it was noticed that I'm supposed to now be leaving five hours early and I was not notified by your company of the change. I have checked emails. I cannot find any emails under smart fares or smart wings.

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!
