The personal data setup and pay process could have been easier. Initially there is no phone number but when I tried to complete the process I got an error message saying that I needed to provide a phone number which, upon returning, now appeared. Also keying payment data was cumbersome

Airline Ticket Booking Issues

I had to request for my booking confirmation code seperately instead of receiving it with the confirmation email.
The second confirmation email also took long to come. All of this caused me a lot of anxiety.

Momentos de tensión.

Los precios no coinciden con lo que te muestran en la página.
Compramos vuelos que coincidan con el presupuesto que disponíamos para los aéreos. Cuando nos comunicamos con la esta empresa para confirmar la reserva; nos dicen que teníamos que pagar 600dolares mas por el impuesto (Púa) para el ingreso a Brasil. Este impuesto no se informa en ningun momento en la compra.
Hicimos el reclamo y la verdad que la asistencia de la chica que nos atendió fue excelente. Gracias a ella pudimos terminar la compra. Desconozco si ese impuesto es real o no pero la asistente nos dijo que era obligatorio.Gracias Leticia por tu amabilidad.
Después de dos horas Literalmente en el teléfono; logramos pagar un poco menos.
Todavía no me llegaron los tickets del vuelo pero creo que puede demorar hasta 72hs.

If you are buying from Canada and your search is in CAD (or maybe any other currency but US dollars)you will pay more then advertised price. In our situation we've paid 60US$ each way in total 120US$. It was still cheaper then anything else.In November I booked a flight to London with them, similar situation they called me asking for more money because apparently there was an issue with Portrer (Transat flight). I cancelled and bought directly from Transat without any issues with Porter.

Easy & streamlined

Skyscanner lead me to SmartFares on a trip search, and I ended up booking it there. The booking form was simple and streamlined and took only a couple minutes to complete. Fare was also the lowest I had seen compared to other vendors.

Please remove the cancelation fee. I did not know it would be $35. I called cust svc soon after I got the itemized statement. Representative said they would cancel immediately. It has not shown up yet.

After reviewing your reservation, we can confirm that your ticket was booked under a fare that does not include checked baggage. The booking was completed exactly as submitted, and no errors were made from our side.

We always recommend reviewing fare details during booking to understand what is included, as different economy fares have different inclusions.

We booked 2 things Nassau to Orlando which went fine.

When I went to book the round trip marsh harbour to nassau nassau to marsh it said clearly unable to confirm and to call for assistance yet I found out my card had been held for the rate advertised but NOT confirmed I was told it could be refunded for 100 or 95 to fully confirm the booking for a different rate than advertised.

I am a bahamian and can get that leg for cheaper directly but was forced to pay $95 OR cancel and lose 100 I do not feel a card should be charged if the fare advertised is unavailable... and then forced to lose $ or upgrade... Thats extortion plain and simple. Only charge the card IF it is available OR gove the option of the new rate not force me to pay the new rate or lose $ for a refund!
