While reading all the negative reviews online I was hesitant to use them at first. However, I have received excellent support from Robbie and got 3 business class tickets at the lowest price. I have verified the reservation through the airlines directly, all the sets are confirmed too. Thank you for the great customer service and support.
I just wanted to share my positive experience with your service. I recently needed to change my flight, and your customer support was incredibly kind and helpful. A special thanks to Parker for assisting me with the quick flight change. I really appreciated how efficiently he handled it, and the small extra fee was worth it for a better option with only one transit instead of the two I originally booked.
I received multiple phone calls from customer service insisting I agree to change my arriving flight info. They stated "they were unable to confirm the flight for the purchase price" after I had already been charged and received a confirmation email. I later received a secondary phone call asking me to change my departing flight which I refused and they changed my flight anyway. The representative on the phone was insistent and provided me with no alternatives to the situation. Although the dates and times were not changed it was a shady business practice to sell flight tickets for flights they cannot provide. I later received a 3rd phone call asking me to purchase flight insurance after I had declined. I declined 2 more times on the phone with that representative as well. It was incredibly unprofessional.
I’ve purchased tickets through them before and never had issues with their service or ticket offers but after this I’m advising everyone to avoid purchasing through them.

I was moments away from boarding my flight when I realized that my boarding ticket has been canceled. Had to pay double Uber fares due to your mistake of not notifying me in time. And try to upcharge me for the same flight. Almost 3 times the amount I originally paid for the first time.
I won't be using these services anymore due to these inconvenience and I advise no one dose.
And ill be doing my best to report this to the BBB

To be honest this is my first time booking a ticket to another country at first I was a bit worried if I'm doing the right things but after I was a bit more calmer, overall it wasn't a bad experience and going forward I know I'll book with you guys again
I just chooses randomly, when booking the ticket I saw the cheapest one and just clicked on it and that was when it brought me to smart fares
Airline rejected because they wanted me to have a return ticket with them and charged me almost 90% of the ticket price.

However my complaint is as above.
I ended up paying $70+ Canadian Dollars more than expected as I didn't realize that payment would be in foreign currency. I thought I had a good deal but ended up paying more for the fare than I would have if I had bought the ticket from the airline directly.
The fare appeared to be the lowest available.
Cancelled my booking on a flight they changed automatically been waiting on a refund for almost a week when they told me 24-48 hours

It doesn't allow me to select my seat - which I paid extra for, and Malindro Air doesn't have any details of my booking.
One of the worst experiences I've encountered purchasing airfare. 2 mins in I realized I missed a portion of a name on one ticket and immediately called to make a quick change. Not only did I wait 15 mins but agent on the phone was misleading and proceed to be rude. For adding a portion of the name on an airfare I was coxed into paying over $300 and constantly being fed misleading information. The site should have a information confirmation page before final payment but does not...Leads me to think this is how you charger slightly cheaper airfare just to scam on slight errors of customers. Needless to say I will NEVER use Smartfares to purchase airfare again.

Would select a trip only to find out it was not available after choosing not to buy expensive options. Finally booked a trip and the dates had changed. Was told I had not purchased the right kind of ticket to be changed and paid more than 2,000 euros to correct the 4 tickets. All of this happened within an hour.
Should have paid attention to the online reviews, this is a corrupt company.
