I called the call center on a technical issue and the service was very good. The matter was attended to in 12 hours and I received 3 calls to check on the service. This is real service.
I have been using SLT ( Srilanka Telecom) Broadband connection. Having some network down issue. But their technical support really good.

My SLT line got disconnected since 14th an dafter 3 days still its not fixed. I called call center at least 3 times a day and total call duration over an hour.
1. Sri Lanks was locked down from 14th till 17th morning.
2. SLT(telecommunication) is under essential service category, so there is no obstacle for them to work in any mean.
3. My home, land phone, internet and TV all 3 facilities provided by SLT and due to this breakdown we were completely disconnected from the society.
4. I have call them over 7 times during pass 3 days and even spoke to there call center supervisor also on same on yesterday. Yet they have not attend on my complain and I have tried to get Ragama area office also and they are not answering the phone.
Since my parents are old and they are using this land phone I cannot ask SLT to disconnect this entire thing, otherwise I could have ask them to rid this entire thing from my home.
I'm not recommend any one to take new connection from SRI LANKA TELECOM.
Can't do anything with this $#*!ty isp. No need to write anymore see the below pic. I can't give a rate for this $#*!ty service. Actually, the Sri Lankan Government must do something. The case is all are fcking thieves in the Sri Lanka government. When I call 1212 no answer from slt main branch. Useless isp and service. Money eater. Worst packages systems. Fck sl government. Fck sl politicians. Fck all isp $#*!s.
Connection is slower, they add big taxes for buying extra Data, router restarts few times everyday, ping is so high when I play online games. Scams all the way...
They are not answering for the calls and putting customers on hold for too long

Worst customer service ever, i had my router down for a week now and no one came to fix it, everyday i call them and i met their manager and he promised me he will get it fixed as soon as possible but nothing happens, i told them the problem from outside cables but all they do is restore the connection and send me message thats the problem fixed... The Worst experience ever... If there was any other company that have fiber i would never stay with slt for a sec
At first this was the best connection. No other service had any service better than this. Today t's the worst. All other services improve theirs but this... This service is going way down. I think dialog will leave them in dust.

Very dissatisfied with the data distribution and transparency on how data gets vanished. Customer service is relatively good since they call back,. But the backend system seems very disorganized.
SLT call centre is the worst call centre in Srilanka. When we call to put a complaint, the agents argue with customers and hang up the calls.
Lazy customer service/ overcharged my bills/ irresponsible administration. Worse technical support!

Answer: It is next to impossible. The agents are either lazy or incompetent. They will put you on hold and disappear, apparently to find an answer to your question. Then the phone cuts off. You call again and the same thing happens.
