My loyalty internet finishes soon and the anytime internet. The speed - very bad. I am tired of this mainly because of the internet finishing.

Answer:
I also have that doubt. Surely not a good communication service.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Slt.lk?

Answer:
It is next to impossible. The agents are either lazy or incompetent. They will put you on hold and disappear, apparently to find an answer to your question. Then the phone cuts off. You call again and the same thing happens.
