I was surprised, and very disappointed to have the LOGO engraved on the actual lenses. I tried everything to remove it, but was unsuccessful. What was the reason of the logo "SLLAC" written in bold letters deeply engraved on the lense? I'll NEVER order from them again!

Originally I looked for a number to call but could only find chat and email. The chat feature did not work at all. But the email was available and work so easily. I had a response within a day and got the issue resolved easily.

Vision is blurry thru them. Will not buy again. They are the worst glasses I have ever purchased.

Ordering the glasses is an easy process as long as you've got your prescription. Only thing I wish is that they alerted you to let you know if your package was shipped. You kind of have to search the website with your order number to find out.
Other than that, I'm happy with the glasses I've received. A lot of people said they were flimsy but the ones I've gotten don't have that problem.

The glasses I got are just as advertised and they fit well. Customer service was pretty decent to deal with. The reason for my score was that it took over 2 months to receive them. Overall my experience was alright.

Glasses came in a timely manner. They are cute, but feel cheap and the ear piece makes my ears itch like crazy! Never had this happen in the 50 years I've worn glasses. Thus, I hardly wear them.

I dislike that there is not a try on feature. The glasses are fine they just don't look good on.

I ordered glasses and did not receive the correct order. Customer service is accusatory and basically tells you its your fault. Then they told me to wear them as they take time getting used to. I've worn glasses my entire life and could not see out of them AT ALL. After sending a copy of my prescription to them all I got was a link to the 14 day return policy. The policy is minus shipping and handling. If you're getting your first discounted pair like I am, shipping is gonna cost about what the glasses did. So you're gonna be out twice the money essentially. Buyers beware.

Different Color and Wrong Prescription.
I've ordered Black and they've sent me Gold rims. The left lens prescription made me feel off centered and dizzy.
When I asked them for a refund they said they will not refund me my shipping costs.
I will not do business with them again. They have the nerve to ship me the wrong product on my costs and expect me to be okay with it. What kind of business is that? Horrible customer service.
