I'm 40 and have NEVER complained about a company! They are the most awful company I've ever dealt with! Still don't have all the parts to the furniture I bought, after numerous calls and emails. I just want it gone and go somewhere! I really advise to not get involved with this company.

Run for your life from this company. I ordered an item from them and did not hear from them in over a week so when I called they said they didn't have it in stock and had to order it. Well, I agreed and waited another week and had to call again after not hearing from them in a week and she told me the server came in the previous day (a Sunday) and would be delivered by Thursday no later than Friday. Still by 4:00 on Thursday after I had not heard from anyone to schedule a time to deliver I called again and asked to speak to someone else because she kept cutting me off as I spoke and she put me on hold for 10 mins and when he picked up the phone he was already briefed by her from the way he being the conversation. He started giving me a bunch of crap about having difficulty finding a company to make "in house delivery" which I paid for and they agreed to charge me for and he stated that it would be another week "possibly" before it could be delivered. Enough is enough, I cussed the clown out and told him to refund my money and then I hung up on him. DO NOT do business with this company unless you need the drama in your life.

I placed a bunk bed order first off they allowed me to pirchase something that they didnt make me aware was on back order. When i called in to ask a question about the product i was told about it being on back order. So i then switched the bed to a more expesive one that was available they told me that i would recieve it on a certain day which i never did recieve it. I ended up call the company to. See why havent i gotten a confimation number or shipment email they apologized and said it would be shipped in a few more day and the will call the gollowing day with a conf#. They did and it Still didnt arrive when said when it did there were delivery issues because the box was over packedwhich cause the box to be ripped all over fex ex said they couldnt deliver in that condition. When i finally recieved it and opened the stuffed box there were wooden boards thrown in with the bed parts. Nothing was protected there was no foam sheets between each piecethe bed was so scratched and dameged it appeared to have bed used with 10 years worth of damage. In its condition i wouldnt purchase it from a garage sale for 50 dollars. Its like they didnt care who they were shipping it to or even that there are 2 little children waiting for their bunk bed to arrive. I feel so cheated. It looks like someone literally took a dull saw and have been rubbing it back and forth around the edges of this bed. Or an angry cat occasionally would claw at the bed. I wont allow my kids to sleep in this bed
