STAY AWAY from slickcar.com. I ordered brand new LED tail lights for $250. Recevied them two weeks late. Opened the box up to find... used LED lights! No oem packing or box. The tail lenses were dirty and wet, obviously returned by prior customer. Called same day for RMA, and was told one would be emailed to me in 24hrs. That was two weeks ago. I emailed them... on four different occasions for the rma and no answer. So today, i sent the whole package back to Slickcar and called my credit card company to not pay and to never accpet any charges from this company

You do not want to order from this web site i ordered a grill that i paid for and never received i was told it was on the way and it never was so i told them to credit my money back to my account and right to day they have not credited my account of 109.19 and i would not recommend this web site to my worse enemy they do not like to do as they say and will rip you off. Looking for the right spot to car shop go to woodview auto accesories.com.

Sickcar.com is the most $#*!ED up CO. I have ever seen in my life there most be some way for all of use to file a class action law suit on slickcar.com to get our money back plus for our time I think 50,000K for my time would be in the ball park PLEASE stay away from this website.

Placed order for LED tail lights and Grill for 300C - after 2 weeks finally received the lights only part of them didn't work. Never received the grill. Continue to get the same tracking number as the lights - UPS has no record of the grill! No one will return my emails now on the grill and this has been a month. Now I have to fight with my bank to get the money back on card since it is a debit card and not a regualr credit card. Oh joy! I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this company!

I got a bad feeling after they said they would send me a confirmation email of my purchase and two days later I still had no email. I am an online shopper and this is the first time I did not get an immediate confirmation email. I called customer service to be told that I should have a confirmation email that day, needless to say that did not happen so I called back the next day. I got another customer service rep on the line and he said he would check to see if my credit card had been processed and what the status of my order was. While on hold I googled the company and found this website. Red flags sprung up all over! The representative returned to the line and said "for some reason your order did not go through" of course he was more than happy to place it again for me. I advised him to cancel the order and not to charge my card. Immediately I called the credit card company and they stated that I had two pending charges from them, thank God the credit card company is on my side they assured me there will be no unauthorized charges. I guess "slick" stands for their practices and not their style of product.

Not even worthy to have a list of stars!

Can't believe the way they run this company! BE AWARE!

Website states "Usually ships next business day" - This is a loaded line of BS

This guy (Broken English BTW) is middle-man. Just as many of the reviews below state: This company took my order, got an email verification. Then they withdrew my funds, but no shipping confirmation or tracking number was provided. (Sketchy -Right?)

After contacting "Customer Service" the emails I received were condescending and rude. I am a customer and deserve to be treated as such!

This company uses it's customer's orders to "Float" money to it's suppliers (Basically uses it's customers as a bank) in order to fulfill orders.
(Be aware! They call this "Verifying available funds" - Totally ILLEGAL to withdraw funds prior to even having their hands on the part!)

How would you feel if your money was taken, but this company has to import your part? - This can result in customs x-ray hold (1-2 weeks), part damage return (1-2 weeks), or wrong part return (1-2 weeks). Am I to assume that my only hope is to pray that the part doesn't come in damaged? Obviously this would only result in a further inconvenience to me, "The Customer".

The website is truly misleading.

I am currently in the process of trying to have my funds returned in full, because I will never support such poor business ethics. I can only imagine how many customers they have taken advantage of in the past.

It will be interesting to see if they try to charge me a 15% re-stocking fee. I have to laugh at this point, since my part was NEVER IN-STOCK!

Hope you found this review useful. As a small business owner myself, I would NEVER treat my customers this way and refuse to support such poor business practices.

My experience was good. When I called for help finding the right wheel spacers the CS guy was very helpful. I got the 10mm spacers fast and they look great. I Would buy from Slickcar again.

I shopped with slickcar and I had no problems. I called and talked to customer service representative a few days after the order was placed and they provided me with a tracking number. I got my product in six business days and couldn't be more happy with the customer service. I would give slickcar.com a great rating. Got my product in good time for a great price!

After calling to make sure I was ordering the right wheel covers, they sent the wrong ones. They were a gift so by the time I figured out they were not the right ones, the deadline for return had passed, the restock fee was robbery and even the return package requirement was stupid. STAY AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFFS.

Ordered Keyless entry for my wifes car, the actuators are to big to fit inside the door. Customer service rep (Matt - *******@slickcar.com) told me to take pictures and send them in and they would refund all of my money, i received a email back stating he didnt understand why it wouldnt work (when obviously he was not there when i tried to install it) he then stated he would send me information on how to get a refund and i havent heard from him since even after multiple emails sent to him. Also as a side note... i don't use my credit card online often and i did on this website and my bank calls about credit card fraud, so with this website being the only one that had my card number im going to make a pretty good assumption that they got my card number from this site. To go along with that im now recieveing "spam" calls as well. TRASH COMPANY WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!

Sooo i orderr the firsttime with slickcar andd i order a typr r grille formy 03 civic the car part comes in in about 3 - 5 day and i am very pleased. On 11/30/10 iorder ssome coilovers formy 03 civic for 164 dollars. One week passed nothing i call and he tells me they don't have the part in stock and they should recieve it in 2 weeks then ship it to me. 2 weeks pass nothingg! I call they tell me the same thing! Its now 1/30/11 and im callin like crazy! Nobody will even answer my calls if someone answers they immidietly put me on hold andd im feeling like a dumba** cuz i payed that much and im not gettin anypart! At this point i wish someone will sue the f*** outta themand give us all are parts that we deserve!

Ordered a cold air intake for my car from these crooks! It got a shipping # over a week later so it took them that long to process i guess, then a week later i showes up and they sent me just the sensor housing for it. Needless to say i was overly pissed since whatthey sent me you can buy at any parts store for $10! I called andthey tried to make it sound like it was my fault even though the pic on there site was of a full cold air system! And the discription was for a full system and $80 for a $10 part never crossed my mind! But anyways i sent it back about and hour after receiving it and heres the full timeline! May 8th ordered, May 21st recieved and sent back! Was told that the refund would take a week once they got it back... they recived it May 29th and havent got a refund back or anything! I called them to dya and they triedto act like some huge company of let me get these other 2 departments to look at this situation and susposable ill have the money in the next couple of day here... im not going to hold my beathe but well see. All in all just stay away i mena tomorro will be 41 days since i ordered the thing and i know its not alot of money but im still out the money to put towards to product i was lead to believe was going to show uop in the first place!

Ordered a wheel for my 2000 camaro from slickcar.com on June 15th and was told it would ship "immediately".
A week passed and no wheel arrived.
I called slickcar.com's "customer service" and was then told that the wheel was not in stock, and they would paint one "immediately" and ship it "tonight".
I called the next day asking for a tracking number, and customer service said the wheel was still being painted, no tracking number available.

Another week passed, and a wheel painted the wrong color arrived.
I called slickcar.com customer service and they again said that they'd have to paint a wheel and it would ship "immediately".

Well... it's been another week and still no wheel.
I called customer service and was told a tracking number would be available "tomorrow".
I called the next day asking for a tracking number and was told it was not available.
I asked for the manufacturer of the wheel's info and phone number, and was told that I couldn't have that information.
I then asked for a supervisor to speak to, and was told that they would not allow me to speak to a supervisor, and "calling everyday asking for a tracking number is pointless".

The customer service representative then threatened to cancel my order and threatened me personally.

I hung up and filed a claim with pay-pal to retrieve my money.

DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH SLICKCAR. COM

YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!

Back in December of 2011 I ordered a set of headlight bulbs from slickcar.com
Using 1 day shipping. I received a tracking # that night, I checked into it and it went from there distributer in California to Florida in 1 day then they sent it to arkensas then the ups people called me stating that they couldn't find my adress I then told them I was in Michigan they then said that slickcar put the wrong address on it. So I called them 4 times and couldn't get through to them so after 12 emails I got a response mind you it was 5 days after I ordered them they customer service guy said "oh I guess we sent you package to?" long story short they had to resend me a new set o lightbulbs but sent them by standard shipping I just got them today and they were the wrong bulbs and when they were packaged the bulbs were broken. Ao now I'm waiting on another set hopefully they will be the right bulbs and won't be broken DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH SLICKCAR.COM they are CROOKS

I ordered a audy A4 blk euro tail lights kit on the 27 jan 2014. I receved a payment comfirmation for paypal but did not receved one from them whit my shipping tracking number. I did order some angel eye halo head light from a other suplier on the same day and i receved my head light kit on the 13 of february 2014 so i called slickcar costumer service to know whats appening whit my tail light order. The guy was telling me that the did not receved my parts from them supplier and that is was supposed to get in there shop on the 17 february and that i would receved a tracking number and it be shipped to me and i would get my kit 3-4 days later... i called back on the 21 february because i did not receved my tracking number. The custumer service people told me that my parts are still in ''purchase''. That means the didnt receved my parts and the expected them to come in in 3 day and then the are going to send me a tracking number and the kit to my home... so i'm still weating! Oh and by the way i did wire and install my audi A4 angel eyes halo head light that i order from some other good and serious website and it look amazing!

TRUE STORY- I bought a $100 body kit lip for my car on 8/25/2011 and still no show. I had chosen the 3 day UPS shipment and its been a week now but still nothing. I had also requested a tracking number and emailed them about this and no anwser what so ever. I called them today on 9/1/2011 but was on hold until the operator said, "The person you are trying to call is unavalible." I then called them right back and still was put on hold until the same thing happened again. I waited twenty minutes and called back but the line was buzy; called again but the operator said, "All lines are buzy, try your call again later." I guess they must be getting a lot of complaints to be that buzy. I never really thought I would be in this position. I guess it was my fault for not checking up on these reviews before I bought something from them. They have bad services and false information about whatever they are trying to do. I know it's only been a week, but by the way these ratings are for this site, I'm sure to be screwed over too. --STOP AND THINK BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY PEOPLE!--

I placed an order for a stock wheel for my 2005 Mercedes Benz E500 on January 1st. I received a confirmation e-mail right away for my order. Being the new year's holiday & all, I didn't expect my order to be processed right away, but a week went on, and I still didn't have a tracking number for my order, so I called the company. I got a sales rep who was very pleasant and told me that the order was being processed and my wheel should be shipped any day now. Another week passed and I called again since I still hadn't received the wheel or even the tracking number. This time, the rep, who was still very pleasant, told me the wheel had been shipped, but that there had been a problem with the address being "undeliverable" -- Very funny since they had the right address on file -- the sales rep told me the wheel had returned to Indiana where the manufacturer was, but that it would be shipped back today and I should have the wheel within 2 business days. In the meantime, I asked him to e-mail me the tracking number. So here I am, 6 days later, still no wheel and no tracking number! Those idiots are getting on my last nerves, telling me how the factory was waiting for the wheel to return to ship it again and I should have a tracking number by tomorrow and the wheel within 2 business days!
If you want my opinion, they are just a bunch of $#*!s who don't know how to run a business, and this is a definite SCAM -- PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THOSE STUPID IDIOTS, ALL THEY WILL DO IS RIP YOU OFF!
