Skype is still a very solid international phone calling provider, it was one of the first to start video conference rooms, but is slower than newest version of chat rooms is still good

I wish I could give a higher rating, but I feel after every release, Skype is getting worse and worse. Granted I use it, and it's great for what I need, but when you start bloating it with ads everywhere, and limiting GUI options and the interface, it becomes very frustrating. The PC version is ok, but the OSX version is horrid. Skype 2.0 was the golden version. Once they went 5.0, it started getting bad.

When I want to get in touch with my family and friends, I use Skype. I have it in my laptop and phone. The service is excellent. When I went on a Eurotrip with friends, I use it to call my mom and dad. Simply the best.

I remember a story a friend of mine once told me - he attended a semiar on web developement and the company wanted investment do develope new websites.

He came away from that and said to me 'talking over computers, that will never take off!'

I have a bunch of friends in australia and new zealand that i keep in touch with voice-wise via skype. It saves a ton of loney and is pretty reliable. I wish the pay plans were simply freee but i cant reaalllly expect that. My only real complaint is that the signal goes out once in a while.

I~m using the Skype mobile version for a long time already and completely satisfied with it no matter at work or home conversations. A good app for various needs.

I Love Skype, Skype has the best video call conference quality. I've been using Skype for many years and now I'm really happy with what they have to offer.

I totally love Skype and I have no problems with it. I enjoy the video calls and I would love to use Skype as my VoIP communications however, I will just use it for free before subscribing their services for now.

I sometimes have serious lag when I talk to my friends in Malaysia.
As for the video option, can't really say anything, since I don't even own a webcam.

It's good because everyone has an account, but Zoom is much better for business style meetings and conferences
