I booked a business class fare to australia and completed travel in nov 2022
The agent booked 2 separate tickets without proper disclosure

I purchased travel insurance for etihad flights which got disrupted by mire than 12hrs leading to missed flight in chicago to denver
I am trying to claim compensation for new tkt i had to book due to missed connection.
The agency has been giving me the run around for past month and not honoring the insurance terms.
This agency is bogus and hides behind email addresses instead of direct conversation with customer. I have tried contacting the agency in thier 800 numbers, email and the travrl agent (Marvin) but all i got is wishy-washy explanation.
I am seeking compensation for travel disruption expenses which is straightforward in any insurance policy.

I would not recommend booking thru this site with terrible customer service when u need help during travel disruption.
The fare offered is nothing different thsn what u will get if you do the search yourself.
I have all the proof from my contact with agency and can furnish when needed.
I am taking this up with BBB and Consumer complaints office in state of california to prevent further cheating/misleading business practice by this agency.
