I delt with my SkyLux agent and he was highly attentive to my needs. I appreciate that he understood what I was requesting, and provided plenty of options on flights. Organizing the payment was probably one of the easiest parts of the process. While I did think the insurance was a little expensive, I do think this is an important part of an international trip, as one never knows. Great job SkyLux, I'll be purchasing again!

Your '´claim spécial services ´´ agent is super qualified. She solve one of the issues caused by the errors of the original agent with whom we worked. The others issues could not be solved because the agent is not with Skylux and the Class of our tickets it would cost Skylux $$$ to cancel Economy ticket and offered us business upgrade. Will we use Skylux in future? For sure we will include your offer to compare with others specialist business class agency.

I have used SkyLux several times and Joseph has always taken great care of me. Most recently, I needed to arrange for seven tickets to Africa. He was quick to respond with a quote and then dealt with any changes suggested by one of more o the seven. Within a few days, there was a consensus that Joseph's quote was the best we could get and it met all our needs. I have recommended them to many people since i began using Joseph.
