When it comes to cancel a ticket, no one help, giving lots of excuses and reasons, unable to talk to supervisor or someone can answer the questions. I don't get clear answers or policies of skyLux.

Ready for THIS? I chose SKYLUX because an airline flight attendant last week told me she uses you because when she wants to fly as a "passenger" and not on STAND BY for special trips you are the most reasonable and professional. She wrote on a napkin "Use SKYLUX for your upcoming trip to Bali" and so there you go! I called and the ticket agent named beautifully Chicago R :) was someone I want to now be FRIENDS with. What an asset to the company...understanding, patient, she walked through MULTIPLE options and prices and flights to get the best choice for ME!

We recently had a very unfortunate experience with Skylux Travel that left us disappointed. We bought 3 business class tickets for overseas for my handicapped Mom, my husband and I. We asked to buy travel insurance since my Mom is in and out of the hospital. Skylux took our money and sold us travel care insurance which is wrong. Their agent never explained the difference to us when they took our money.
Unfortunately I was hospitalized so I was unable to travel. My husband could not leave me and my Mom could travel alone. We asked them for a refund but they refused.
We encountered unexpected additional fees that were not clearly disclosed during the booking process. This lack of transparency left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of as a customer.
Additionally, the overall organization and attention to detail were lacking. There were discrepancies between the information provided on their website and what was actually offered during the booking process. This inconsistency made it difficult to trust the accuracy of the information provided by Skylux Travel.
We had high expectations for Skylux Travel based on their reputation, but unfortunately, our experience fell far below those expectations. I would caution others to carefully consider their options before booking with this company.

I've been on SkyLux's email list for years, once made an enquiry but purchased tickets elsewhere for some reason. This year I submitted an inquiry to SkyLux at the same time my husband started looking on the typical airline/travel sites. We're fairly flexible and could find OK fares if we flew in and out of Amsterdam or Paris, but any time we looked at flying out of Lisbon the fare would increase dramatically. We know it's pretty cheap to fly from Lisbon to Paris, but once you split your itinerary, you're on the hook if any flights get missed.
So I sent an inquiry to SkyLux for flights between Phoenix and Paris. Derek called back with a reasonable rate then we started exploring where we really wanted to go to keep it on the same itinerary. Tweaking it to Flagstaff to Amsterdam, return from Lisbon to Flagstaff was basically the same price while my husband was seeing it double once customized. Derek knew the seat types and other details about the flights, that airline personnel often don't even know. He was even able to book us on AA flights rather then their partner BA, which can be harder to deal with when problems arise.
When presented with the proposal, my suspicious husband said "Let's give them a try." and by the next morning we'd booked our flights and were able to see them on AA's app and make a few tweaks to our seat assignments. Next time we'll be contacting SkyLux first.

Highly recommend these folks. They find some of the best options for business class travel and provide excellent service. If you travel on business class, give them a call. You will be happy you did.
My agent was very pleasant and helpful, but the price I paid was exactly what I would have paid if I booked it myself on the airlines web site. So much for discounted business fares
